Location
Ever dreamed about waking up overlooking
the magnificent Adriatic sea and having your morning
coffee on the terrace while ships and boats are passing
by?
In a very peaceful area, encircled with
pine trees, facing the sea, and only 15 minutes stroll
from the Old Town of Dubrovnik we will enable you to
truly relax.
Adriatic Apartment is located in the area of Dubrovnik
called Gorica, a nice and cozy part of Dubrovnik. The
surroundings of Mediterranean sub-tropic vegetation,
together with our tastefully decorated apartment, located
40 meters from the sea will enable you to fully enjoy
your vacation.
For swimming you can choose between rocky
and pebble beaches, all very close to our apartment.
If you like to take long walks there are nice strolling
areas along the hill, leading to a small picturesque
church. Everything you might need is close by; a grocery
shop, regular bus connections to the Old Town, playground
just next to the apartment, and even several tennis
courts that can be rented.
Your own parking spot is available in front of the apartment,
and the bus stop with regular bus connections to the
Old Town is only 20 meters away.
We are dedicated in offering you the best possible service

Accommodation
We offer our dear guests one spacious
apartment (2+1, 32.70m2) for rent which has the highest
category of 3 stars. The accommodation unit is located
at the bottom floor and has its own entrance. It is
air conditioned, fully equipped, tastefully decorated-
The apartment has a cozy terrace (25m2) overlooking
the rocky coast and sea where you can relax and enjoy
in the peace and quiet this area offers. The apartment
consists of a bedroom and living room tastefully combined
together, kitchen and bathroom.
Additional equipment includes:
- air conditioning, TV, washing machine,
iron & ironing board, hair dryer
