Apartment Magnolia (6+1) and rooms (6 persons) are located only 5 minutes of walking distance from the main street Stradun, center of the Old Town Dubrovnik. Surrounded with a garden, situated in a very peaceful and quiet area, our accommodation will enable you to completely relax. During summer visitors can enjoy rich cultural programs that includes concerts and other events, explore monuments, museums, exhibitions, sightseeing possibilities, all within walking distance. All services you might need are close to our apartment including shops, restaurants, post, banks and bus station
The beautiful beach Banje is also only several minutes away from our house just like the old port, from where you can take ships to the Island Lokrum or Cavtat every hour.

ACCOMMODATION

We offer you one apartment and three rooms for rent.

-- APARTMENT --

Our spacious apartment (6+1) is a completely separated flat (80 m2) on the first floor of a beautiful, traditionally built, stone house. It has 3 rooms + kitchen-dinning-living room area, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies with panorama view over Old Town, Lokrum, the sea and the garden.
The apartment was newly renovated, is fully equipped, comfortable and tastefully decorated, very bright, with a lot of plants.
Two of three rooms are larger than usual bedrooms (24m2 and 15m2), have balconies and are arranged so you can use them as living rooms over the day. The kitchen is fully equipped (dish-washer, coffee machine and electrical barbeque). The dinning-living room area suits a pleasant stay and company. Both balconies have tables and chairs to dine or simply enjoy the view and quietness.
There is a wash-machine in one of the bathrooms.
The house has excellent isolation so there is no need for air-conditioning.

The ground floor area is almost identical to the apartment on the first floor and there we rent 3 rooms, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with wash-machine.
The spacious room (24m2) accommodates 2+1 persons and has a garden-terrace placed on the south side, overlooking the Old Town and the sea. The other large room (15m2) accommodates 2 persons and also has an exit to the garden-terrace with the same beautiful view. The third room is a nice looking single bedroom with a garden side window.
The garden-terrace has different tables and chairs for you to dine, read or relax in the sun. This ground floor area is ideal for groups or families up to 6 persons (or less upon request).

All accommodation units can be combined for groups up to 13 persons.
Upon requeste we offer an apartment (85m2) in a family house 70m from the sea, placed in the bay of Mali Zaton, 8 km from Dubrovnik.
