The apartment on the fist floor (85m2) offers room for up to 6 persons (4+2) or one-two families. The accent is placed on comfortable and specious space for common activities. The living room (20m2) is commodious and lovely decorated, has a TV, DVD, video and HI-FI. The large dinning room (15m2) has a glass wall - door looking to the terrace and back garden (250m2). The terrace is equipped with table, chairs and sitting benches, for a relaxing stay and use over the whole day. The kitchen is fully equipped (with dish-washer). There are three bedrooms each accommodating 2 persons.
The bathroom is equipped with a wash-machine.
The apartment is designed in a very modern and stylish way, with a diversity of colors, plants and arts. The front side of the house has a view over the Mali Zaton bay and the front garden.
Near by our house is a grocery shop, restaurants, post office, coffee bars, and a bus station. The ride to Dubrovnik by bus or car takes 15 minutes.
