Situated in the part of Dubrovnik
called Montovjerna, within walking distance from the
Old Town and close to beautiful pebble beaches, we invite
you to enjoy in our warm hospitality. Our apartments
are located at the back side of our house, enabling
you to enjoy nice views of green areas, together with
a "glimpse" of the sea and Island Lokrum.
Most tourist services and sightseeing possibilities
are within walking distance from our apartments, wherever
you go from Apartments Lapad you really do not need
to drive. The house and our apartments are newly build
and feature all the comfort you might need to spend
a very pleasant vacation. The quiet and peaceful surroundings,
with colorful Mediterranean vegetation, give it a pleasant
charm. Parking is available on the street in front of
our house and the bus stop with regular bus connections
to the Old Town is only 5 meters away.
We value high quality service
and will try to make your vacation experience as pleasant
as possible. The apartment is located five minutes walking
distance from pebble and rocky beaches. The walk from
Apartmens Lapad to the Old Town will take you approximately
15 minutes. In the vicinity of our apartments there
is a grocery store, bakery, post and bank (5 minutes
walk), together with a sport hall with tennis courts
that can be rented.

We offer our dear guests
2 newly built Apartments A1(2+2) and A2 (2 persons)
for rent, fully equipped and tastefully decorated. For
families or groups all accommodation units can be combined
and rented together, just contact us for more information.
Apartment A1 (2+2)
consists of one bedroom, a large kitchen and living
room (large bedsofa with 2 extra beds) nicely combined
together, one small kitchenette, bathroom, and terrace
with outdoor furniture. Apartment A1 van also be divided
into two smaller apartments, each accommodating 2 persons.
Apartment A2 (2 persons)
accommodates 2 persons and consists of one bedroom,
kitchenette and dining room combined together and bathroom.
Prices for the
apartments are available upon request
