The multilingual-speaking managed vacation house is situated in a very attractive area of Dubrovnik (Lapad). This part of Dubrovnik features large green areas, cozy sea-side promenades, sand, pebble and rocky beaches, together with many hotels, restaurants and cafe bars. Experience the gorgeous sunsets that Lapad Bay is famous for.

The house is air-conditioned, can be rented the whole year and disposes of 4 apartment and 1 room. As well as there is the possibility to rent the room and apartment individually. The price for the accommodation includes towels, bed linen without beach sheets, a completely furnished kitchen with all necessary crockery and cutlery, the consumption of electricity and water as well as the final cleaning.
You can reach the old part of town with the bus in 15 minutes.

We offer you 4 studio apartments and 1 room for rent. All accommodation units are fully equipped and decorated. A wireless internet access point is available for our guests.

The studio apartments are air conditioned and consist of 1 bedroom with double bed, , 1 small kitchen with dining room, SAT/TV,, 1 shower / WC, 1 terrace with views over Lapad Bay.
