Apartments Mato are located in an peaceful and quiet area called Kono, only 7 minutes walking distance from the Old Town. Our apartments are located at the top floor of our house, enabling you to enjoy nice views of green areas and the mountain Srđ from one apartment, together with a gorgeous view on the sea and Fort Lovrijenac from the other apartment. Most tourist services and sightseeing possibilities are within walking distance from our apartments, wherever you go from Apartments Mato you really do not need to drive. Our apartments are newly build and feature all the comfort you might need to spend a memorable vacation in Dubrovnik. Parking is available on the street in front of our house and the bus stop with regular bus connections to the Old Town and other destinations is only 100 meters away.

For centuries Dubrovnik has evoked the admiration of visitors, taking your breath away every time you visit this magical town. Visit the main street Stradun, the center of all happenings. During summer visitors can enjoy a rich cultural program that includes concerts and other events, all within the City Walls.

We offer our dear guests 3 newly built Apartments A1 (2+1), A2 (2+1) and A3 (2+2) for rent, fully equipped and tastefully decorated. For families or groups all accommodation units can be combined and rented together, just contact us for more information.
All apartments are air conditioned and have SAT TV.

Apartment A1 (2+1) consists of one bedroom, kitchenette and living/dinning room (bed sofa with 1 extra bed) nicely combined together and one bathroom. The apartment overlooks green areas and the Srd mountain and has its own entrance.

Apartment A2 (2 +1) consists of one bedroom, kitchenette and living/dinning room (bed sofa with 1 extra bed) combined together, one bathroom and a balcony. The apartment features a beautiful sea view, together with a view of Fort Lovrijenac.

Apartment A3 (2 +2) consists of one bedroom, one kitchen, one living room (bed sofa with 2 extra beds), one bathroom and a balcony. The apartment features a beautiful sea view.

Prices for the apartments are available upon request
