Our accommodations are in a quiet and peaceful area enabling you to fully relax, together with a nice sea view on the bay of Lapad and the islet Grebeni from the accommodations balcony.

Relax on your balcony, sipping your morning cafe or just enjoying the view. Visit the Old Town Dubrovnik and other interesting destinations as often as you choose while enjoying our warm hospitality.

We truly care for our guests and will try to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible. Almost everything you might need is within walking distance from our accommodations. Public bus connection to Old Town is recommended to avoid parking problems, the buses depart every 10-15 minutes. From our house guests can take the stairs leading to the sea and beach, with numerous pebble and rock beaches nearby.

We warmly encourage you to visit Dubrovnik during low season as well. The climate is very favorable and you can escape the usual tourist crowds.
