OLD TOWN DUBROVNIK
Apartments Nerio are situated
in the center of the Old Town directly across from Gundulić
Square, named after Ivan Gundulić, a Dubrovnik-born
poet and dramatist who lived in the 17th century. Our
apartments are located in an authentic stone house with
warm natural stone fasade. From your window you will
feel the rhythm of Old Town Dubrovnik, with a colorful
marketplace just bellow, taking in the sweet fragrance
of orange blossoms and oleander.
Dubrovnik,influenced by the
great Renaissance and Gothic eras, is a World Heritage
Site brimming with artwork and architecture, enhanced
by the magic of its natural and historical surroundings;
crystal clear sea around islands dotted with cypress
trees, hills, castles and cathedrals. Today, one can
feel the purity of the Mediterranean gem that is Dubrovnik.
Looking down from Mount Srđ, the city's medieval charm
opens with its many cafes, restaurants, galleries and
shops happily lining its cobblestone streets and the
main square. The Baroque bell tower oversees the lively
events and festivals that take place each summer, bringing
music and art to the heart of the Old Town.
Do not miss the opportunity
to visit the beautiful beach Banje, the mysterious Island
of Lokrum or the cozy medieval township of Cavtat. Regular
boat tours from the Old Harbor will take you to Island
Lokrum, Cavtat and other interesting destinations.

two spacious studio apartments for
rent. They are newly renovated, fully furnished and
located in an old authentic stone house with own entrance.
Studio Apartment A1 (2+1) consists
of 1 bedroom, kitchen with kitchenette and dinning room
nicely combined together and bathroom.
Studio Apartment A2 (3 beds) consists
of 1 bedroom, kitchen and dinning room nicely combined
together, living room and bathroom.
Additional equipment includes
air conditioning and SAT TV. Apartments Nerio are suitable
for family's or small groups.
Rent prices for
the apartments are available upon request
