Apartments Niki are located
in Zvekovica, a settlement near Cavtat. Cavtat consist
of an ancient nucleus and the settlements of Obod, Zvekovica,
Poluganje and Mećajac. Along the seacoast from Cavtat
port to Molunat and peninsula Prevlaka the steep Konavle
cliffs descent into the sea. Take advantage of the favorable
location of Apartments Niki, the distance to Old Town
iDubrovnik is only 12 kilometers, to Cavtat 2 kilometers,
while many other interesting destinations can be explored
by car or public transportation. Our house is in a quiet
area, enabling you a peaceful holiday.

The climate in Konavle is
Mediterranean with warm springs, warm and rainy autumns,
mild winters and hot and dry summers. At Apartments
Niki we cherish tradition, let us spoil you with authentic
dalmatian cuisine, home made wine and liqueur, organically
grown vegetables and fruits, smoked dalmatian ham and
more delirious specialties, all available to our guests.
We arrange breakfast, lunch and dinner upon request.
Whether you visit this region
during high or low season (low season offers you the
opportunity to enjoy the mild climate and lower tourist
crowds), our warm hospitality will ensure that you spend
a memorable vacation at Apartments Niki.
While exploring this region
we recommend that you visit some of the famous restaurants
(Konaviski Dvori, Konavoski Komin...) that offer lam
under an iron bell and river trout. The river Ljuta
that flows through this region is responsible for a
special microclimate, during summer the temperature
is several degrees lower and beautiful walking paths
can be found in this area.

We offer our dear guests 2 apartments
(2+2, 40 m2) for rent. All are fully equipped,
tastefully decorated and consist of one bedroom with
double bed, kitchen with dinning area, bathroom and
balcony. Both apartments are air conditioned.
