"SWALLOW" 1 APARTMENT

"SWALLOW" 1 APARTMENT contains: two double bedrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen and bathroom with washing machine and terrace.
The apartment is provided with air conditioning, television and SAT. The total surface is 56 m2 for 4 people and child. Private parking place in front of house.

"SWALLOW" 2 APARTMENT contains: one double bedroom, living room with kitchen, bathroom and balcony with fantastic view on little island named Grebeni. The total surface is 35 m2 for 2 people and child. Private parking place in front of house.

Location & Area

Apartments are superbly located in the part of Dubrovnik called Lapad in area of family houses and hotels (Park, Kompas, Dubrovnik, Sumartin, Zagreb), few minutes walking to the beach (sand or stone) and public transport every 15 minutes to the old town. Nearby is walking area with cafe bars, tennis courts, beaches, shops, bank and post office.

There is no reason not to hire just the “SWALLOW” APARTAMENTS.
Right now there are many reasons to hire just our apartments: we do not lie and cheat guests, we guarantee quality that we offer, we pay taxes, offer cozy accommodation with reasonable price, feeling as it you are at home and not with a mass of unknown tourists, always clean and tidy, nicely furnished apartments and not less important, with always charming hosts.

BOOKING FORMALITY:

- it is possible to book by sending e-mail
- if apartment is available you will receive e-mail with details of bank account
- the payment of 30% of the total price must be done in 24 – 48 hours
- confirmation of reservation will be send by e-mail after receiving money on bank account

REGULATIONS:

- the total settlement will be paid at arrival At Swallow
- arrivals must be between 12:00 to 20:00
- apartment must be left at least at 10:00
