We offer you 2 spacious rooms and 1 apartment for rent.
Entrance to each of the rooms is from the terrace that all guests can use.

Each room overlooks the Bay of Lapad, is completely furnished and has air conditioning. There is also a bathroom for each room.

The studio apartment (2+2) can accommodate up to 4 persons and is fully equipped and tastefully decorated. From the apartment you will enjoy a splendid sea view, the apartment has air conditioning and TV.

There is also a possibility of combining all accommodation units, more information is available upon request.
Parking is available in front of the house. Our warm hospitality, together with the comfort of our accommodations will enable you to spend a memorable vacation.

Use of air conditioning - +5 Euro, per apartment/per day The sojourn tax is not included.- (Tourist Residential Tax). The prices shown are not valid for short stays (up to 3 days). We offer special discounts for longer stays. For the period from 1st November till 30th April the prices are separately negotiated. For reservations from the 15th of June till the 15th of September we request an advance in amount of 20-30%. For all other months deposit is needed in case of larger number of inquiries. We provide free transfer from the airport, port or bus terminal for the guests who stay for 7 nights or longer. For shorter stays transport from Dubrovnik Airport to Apartments & Rooms Zora or backwards costs 25 EUR.
