dear guests 2 apartments (A1 and A2) and one room for rent. All
accommodation units are newly renovated, fully furnished and located
in an old authentic stone house with it's own entrance.

Family House Fascination is a beautifully
preserved «Dubrovnik-style» house dating from 1780 situated in the
heart of Old Town Dubrovnik. This unique property features the only
"true" garden left inside the city walls. A splendid terrace
inside this garden with views over the Old Town, together with other
shady terraces, is available to our guests. Most antique details
have been preserved with great love and care, making Family House
Fascination the perfect opportunity for all who wish to spend a
special vacation on the magical town of Dubrovnik. Since this area
is very peaceful and quiet you will be able to fully relax.
Located only minutes walking distance from numerous
monuments and other sightseeing possibilities, galleries, restaurants,
cafe bars, the nearest pebble beach Banje and excursion points,
staying at Family House Fascination enables you to experience the

Our apartments are located on
Lapad peninsula, a picturesque part of Dubrovnik where with beautiful
beaches, walking areas, restaurants and cafes. Our house is situated
in a quiet and peaceful area, enabling you to fully relax, at the
same time having the possibility to visit the Old Town Dubrovnik
and other interesting destinations as often as you choose.
A post office, banks, supermarkets, restaurants, cafe bars and other
services you might need are all within walking distance from Apartments
Judita. The bus stations for the buses going to the Old Town are
also close (you can take bus number 6 or 9, both having regular
departures).
