This delightful and cozy Venetian town house near the Music School has led something of a charmed life as it predates the 1667 earthquake, built as it is on solid stone, and it also luckily escaped damage during the siege. Here in the medieval Old Town, houses competed for space with palaces, churches and monasteries and so they extend in a vertical rather than a horizontal plane.

Entering from the narrow stone-flagged street, where locals sit out on the steps to exchange news under washing swaying in the breeze, the ground floor is taken up by a cozy living and dining area, a galley kitchen and a small shower room. Stairways lead up to the two bedrooms, each occupying its own floor. The house has been in the possession of owner Karmen's family for well over 100 years and remains as homely as if they were still in permanent residence, filled as it is with interesting artifacts.

Enjoy the best time of the year in one of our three charming, friendly furnished and completely restored apartments in an attic within a villa. Apartments Kono (2x2+2 and 1x2+1) is located nearby the old town in a quiet and residential district. Cars cannot drive at this quarter.

This position is ideal to discover the town, to make excursions or to relax. Within a few minutes by foot you can find restaurants, cafes, internet cafes, supermarkets, post office, banks, bus stations, taxies, public garage, IUC, ACTM, parks and beaches. Public transportation to Old Town is close to our accommodation, with busses departing and returning Old Town every 15 minutes, total travel time from our accommodation to Old Town is ca. 25 minutes.

Apartment Olga is located in Lapad, a quiet and peaceful area, beautiful sand, rocky and pebble beaches, together with nice walking areas, most of them no more than 10 minutes walk from our apartment.

Everything you might need, including shops, post office, bank, restaurants and cafe bars are close to our apartment. Close to our accommodation there is a bus station with regular departures to Old Town Dubrovnik.

House Tanja is situated in the southern part of Old Town Dubrovnik, near the city walls. Our tastefully decorated house provides guests with the perfect comfort from which to explore the city and the surrounding area. Located less than 10 minutes walk away from the nearest beach and excursion points, staying here will enable you to blend in with the local neighborhood, thereby providing a unique travel experience.

Surrounded with monuments, the vicinity of the Juzuit church, this peaceful area with no cafe bars and office will enable you to relax and experience the everyday life of Dubrovnik. There is a beach called Buza, only 3 minutes walking from our house, where you also can enjoy sunsets with views over island Lokrum and the sea in the small cafe located nearby.

Apartments Storelli are located very near of the southern entrance to Old Town Dubrovnik, only 2 minutes walk from the historical center. Tastefully decorated, our apartments offer guests comfortable accommodation, with a beautiful pebble beach called Banje suitable for children which is located directly in front of the property.

Everything you might need is close by, a short walk will take you to the heart of the Old Town where you will find post offices, banks, supermarkets, restaurants or cafe bars, together with numerous monuments, galleries and other interesting things worth seeing. Once you arrive at Apartments Storelli you will not need your car because everything is so close.

Apartments Prguda are located in the most exclusive part of Dubrovnik called Ploče, just above the Old Town Dubrovnik, enabeling views of the Old City, the sea and island Lokrum.

Ploče district is situated east of Old Town Dubrovnik, nearby, and especialy inside Old Town you can find many restaurants, shops and clubs. All sightseeing possibilities, including numerous monuments, museums and other sites are all located inside the City Walls.

Quiet ambiental walking areas along the coastline are easily reached in a short walk from our accommodation.

Villa Alisa stands majestically in St. Jacob, the most exclusive part of Dubrovnik and is only 15 minutes walk from the old town.
