Apartment Ivana is located on peninsula
Lapad, a splendid part of Dubrovnik with rich Mediterranean vegetation
and beautiful sand, pebble and rock beaches only 3.5 km from the
Old Town Dubrovnik. Our apartment is on the top floor of a 4th floor
building and close to the Bay of Lapad, where various water sport
activities and pleasant walking areas can be enjoyed. Many restaurants,
cafe bars, bank, post, supermarkets and other useful services can
all be found on a small area and very close to Apartments Ivana.
The bus station with regular bus connections to the Old Town is
about 200 meters away and parking can be arranged in front of the
building.
We offer our dear guests 1 apartment (4 persons) for rent. It is
fully equipped, tastefully decorated and in a quiet and peaceful
area. It consists of 2 sleeping rooms, kitchen and living room nicely
combined together, bathroom and balcony with view on Petka hill.

Dubrovnik. Apartments PLACA Dubrovnik are situated in the center
of the Old Town, directly beside Gundulić Square, named after Ivan
Gundulić, a Dubrovnik-born poet and dramatist who lived in the 17th
century. Our accommodations are located in an authentic stone house
with warm natural stone fasade. From your window you will feel the
rhythm of Old Town Dubrovnik, with a colorful marketplace just bellow,
taking in the sweet fragrance of orange blossoms and oleander.
We offer our dear guests 3 spacious apartments
for rent. They are fully furnished and located in an old authentic
stone house with own entrance. Apartment A1 is decorated using antique
furniture, the other 2 apartments are a little bit more modern,
but still very tastefully furnished, enabling you to relax and enjoy
during your stay with us.
Villa Doda is an ancient, typical
Dubrovnik mansion house, built in the beginning of the 19. century,
and recently completely renewed. This elegant stone construction
consists of two storeys, and the attic part, of 270 sq meters in
full surface. The house is surrounded by the terrace-shaped meditarrenean
garden, with palm trees and subtropical vegetation, completely enclosed
within an outside stone wall.
The location is very favourable, few minutes of
walk to the historical old town, just above the new-opened Hilton
Imperial Hotel; but in the middle of pedestrian, calm area of old
villas and parks, out of noise and traffic. So, one can enjoy at
the same time the perfect quietness of the villa; and in few steps,
get to the very center of touristic and cultural events. The closest
beaches are in 200m walk-distance, and all the shops and stores
are as close.
The particular interest of Villa Doda is in its possibility to be
in location as the whole house, or to be partly rented in various
forms.
Basically, there are three apartments, each with private entrance
and terrace/garden.
Apartment Divana is located in
Rožat, 9 km west of Dubrovnik, in an old Dubrovnik's residential
area called Rijeka Dubrovačka, known for numerous renaissance castles
and beautiful nature. Our apartment is on the ground floor of our
house with the view to marina "ACI" - "Miho Pracat"
and the fabulous castle Sorkočević.
It takes 15-20 minutes by car to reach Old Town Dubrovnik on the
east, and the same time to splendid beaches on the west.
We offer our dear guests one spacious apartment
(65 m2, 6 +1 persons) for rent. The apartment is located at the
bottom floor of our house. It is fully equipped and decorated and
consists of 3 bedrooms (2 comfortable double rooms + 1 extra bed
& 1 smaller room with 2 single beds), kitchen and dinning room,
bathroom and spacious terrace with garden.
