In the stone built house there are three apartments built and equipped year 2006. Villa Mar, enclosed with citruses garden, is situated in prestige part of Dubrovnik called the Bay of Lapad, 150 m from Main Dubrovnik Beach. The Bay is most pleasant quarter in Dubrovnik ideal for living, leisure, fun and recreation. In a same time bay is tourist center of the city with numerous hotels, villas, apartment houses, beaches and other tourist facilities.

Dubrovnik bed and breakfast offers quality accommodation on the best location in Dubrovnik, Croatia. The house is located at the very entrance to the Old Town, Gate of Ploce. It is possible to approach by car. Public parking is available by the house. In the radius of 50 m. are shop, newsstand, bistro, restaurant, bakery, bus stop, taxi station and car rental. Beach is 150 m. away.

We have 5 air-conditioned doublebed rooms. All rooms have private bathrooms. Beside the rooms, we have 1 vacation suite (apartment ; see photo on the left) on the top floor.

Apartments Županović are located in Ploce, elite part of Dubrovnik, 5 minutes walking distance to the entrance of the old town, and also from the most popular public beach in Dubrovnik. Near apartments you can get everithing you need such as: rent-a-scooter, restaurants, mini-market..etc.
Our bigger apartment of 80m2 (for 6-7 persons) includes 3 double rooms, bathroom, kitchen (well equipped with pots, plates etc.) and living room ( air-conditioner, Sattelite TV ) with possibility of sleeping for 1 person.
Apartment also has balcony with beautiful view to the sea, island Lokrum and the Old Town.

The apartment of 30m2 (for 2 persons) includes 1 double room (air-conditioner, Sattelite TV), bathroom, and small kitchen (well equipped with pots, plates etc.). This apartment has also exit to the large terrace where our guests can enjoy their meal in the shady during warm and sunny summer days.

Villa Branko was crafted of the finest Dalmatian stone from the island of Brac.
Situated in the Ploce district of Dubrovnik the location provides a stunning panoramic view of the Old Town (the over 1000 year old walled city) and the Adriatic sea. The house offers a fascinating combination of traditional craftsmanship and modern comforts. The home is well situated and within walking distance to the beach, local shops, the old town (Stari Grad), and public transportation.

The house features four bedrooms and five full baths and is able to sleep 8 adults comfortably. In addition, the living room/great room is a wonderful place to gather at the end of the day. The outdoor dining area and patio serves as a focal point of the home during the summer months for outdoor dining and taking in a sunset. Private entrance into the garden, terrace and villa. The garden has outdoor dining at a classic hand carved stone table and an outdoor bar. The villa has a large living room, TV room, modern kitchen and pantry on the first floor. The second floor has four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have an attached balcony.

Villa Dubrovnik Garden is a recently reconstructed typical Dubrovnik stone house from the first half of the 20th century , located above the beautiful old town of Dubrovnik - just 5 minutes walking distance to the old city , beaches , shops , restaurants , etc....

It is ideal either for a long holiday or for a short stay. The rooms are furnished in the characteristic Dubrovnik style including all modern conveniences : air conditioning, private bathrooms with hair dryer,hair & hand shampoo , body milk,.....The house is in absolutely quiet and silent position , surrounded by stone wall and a nice Mediterranean garden. The atmosphere is cozy, welcoming.

Situated on Nuncijata, quiet part of Dubrovnik city overlooking Dubrovnik Port of Gruz, in a building where you can always find a free parking place. If you want to avoid well known Dubrovnik's traffic jams, the bus stop where regular public buses will take you to the Old Town Dubrovnik in only 10 minutes is just across the apartment. The walking distance to the Old Town is ca. 20 minutes.

The shopping center, post office, banks, bakery, restaurants, Port of Gruz and the main bus terminal are only 5-10 minutes walking distance from the apartment. From Port of Gruz you can also easily visit any of the Elaphite islands, as ferry boats go on a regular basis.

During summer visitors can enjoy various cultural events that include concerts, exhibitions, street performances, theatre shows and much more, all within the City Walls. All services you might need are close including shops, restaurants, post and banks. The main beach Banje is only 5 minutes walking distance from our apartment.
