(4+1, 65m2) for rent. The accommodation unit is fully equipped,
tastefully decorated and consists of 2 doubble bedrooms, 1 single
bedroom, kitchen, dinning room and bathroom. Additional equipment
includes SAT TV, a washing machine and air conditioning. It is located
in a quiet street, in an old authentic stone house with it's own
entrance.
Apartments Mato are located in
an peaceful and quiet area called Kono, only 7 minutes walking distance
from the Old Town. Our apartments are located at the top floor of
our house, enabling you to enjoy nice views of green areas and the
mountain Srd from one apartment, together with a georgeous view
on the sea and Fort Lovrijenac from the other apartment. Most tourist
services and sightseeing possibilities are within walking distance
from our apartments, wherever you go from Apartments Mato you really
do not need to drive. Our apartments are newly build and feature
all the comfort you might need to spend a memorable vacation in
Dubrovnik.
We offer our dear guests 3 newly built Apartments
A1(2+1), A2 (2+1)and A3 (2+2) for rent, fully equipped and tastefully
decorated. For families or groups all accommodation units can be
combined and rented together, just contact us for more information.
Apartment Valerija Nr. 3 is located
at Ilina Glavica, a pleasant part of Dubrovnik with only about 10
minutes walking distance from the Old Town Dubrovnik. Enjoy exploring
the Old Town with all its fascinating monuments, museums and other
sightseeing possibilities, while being able to return in short time
to your accommodation. Our apartment is located in a residence building,
but with its own separate entrance. We have our own parking in front
of the apartment that our guests can use.
We offer you one apartment (45m2, 2+2 persons)
for rent. It is fully equipped, tastefully decorated and consists
of one sleeping room, kitchen, dinning/living room combined together,
bathroom and balcony. Additional equipment includes air conditioning
and SAT TV.

Apartment Antonia is situated underneath the City Walls, nearby
Pile Gates ( local bus terminal) and close to the most beautiful
sandy beach in Dubrovnik - Banje. There is also rocky beach Buza
only 100 m from the apartment. If you want to be in the centre of
all summer events that beatiful Dubrovnik offers you, and in the
same time to be situated in the quiet part of the town and enjoy
the sea view and the Old City view, you have come to the rigth address.
While staying at Apartment Antonia do not miss
the opportunity to visit the beautiful beach Banje, the mysterious
Island of Lokrum or the cozy medieval township of Cavtat. Regular
boat tours from the Old Harbor will take you to Island Lokrum, Cavtat
and other interesting destinations.

in the magnificent Old Town of Dubrovnik. They are surrounded by
centuries of history and culture and enjoy all modern facilities

The 3 apartments are situated in a quiet residential
part of the Old Town, just under Minceta Tower and the city walls,
and beside the Franciscan Monastery.
All apartments have been categorized and carry the highest category
(3 stars).
The 3 apartments I, II and III consist of kitchen,
living room, bedroom and bathroom. They are fully equipped and tastefully
decorated, including air conditioning /heating system and SAT TV.
