We offer you two apartments for rent, all well
equipped and fully furnished. Both can accommodate up to four persons
and each has its own terrace. The apartments are newly build and
tastefully decorated in order to provide the high level of comfort
our guests expect. They consist of one living room, two sleeping
rooms, a bathroom and a terrace.

Villa Adriatica is located at the southern entrance
to the Old Town of Dubrovnik, right at the Ploce gate. This old
family house was build in the first half of the 19th century and
until today we have tried to preserve the interior and special feeling
from that time.
Villa Adriatica offers to our dear guests 1 apartment
and 3 rooms for rent, all well equipped and beautifully furnished
with antique furniture.
100 m2, newly modern redecorated
Dubrovnik, area Lapad, with its own terrace (30m2). If you want
to have your morning coffee watching the boats and ships pass by
or have dinner while watching the sun goes down (real romantic sunset)
then we are the right place for you. Apartment is located in a peaceful
and quiet area of Dubrovnik, called Lapad, with a seaview, view
on the laguna Lapad and on the beautiful sandy beaches (5 min walking
distance). Lapad area is known as high positioned tourist place
in Dubrovnik where many hotels are, many restaurants, beaches, bars,
walking paths along the sea surrounded by mediterranean sub tropic
vegetation. Frequent bus connection to the old town and taxi service
are available within walking distance (5 min).
Apartment 100 m2 is newly modern redecorated and
fully equiped. It has its own entrance and parking place. It consist
of 2, 2+1,1+1,1 beds. The apartment is air conditioned, it has Sat
TV in every room, kitchen fully equiped, living room and 2 bathrooms
(one with a washing mashine).

studio apartments) are situated in the restored residential object
which dates from the 16-th century. There are no stairs on your
way to the house and it is not far from Stradun ,the main street
in the old city of Dubrovnik, only 50 m. Dubrovnik is a paradise
for the old ,the young,lovers ,and especially children since the
city is free of traffic.
Aristocrats originally strolled through the halls behind 500 years,
later Amoret 2 have swung open to guests who also prefer a touch
