Villa Milica is located in the area called Gorica, a nice and cozy part of Dubrovnik situated close to the Old Town of Dubrovnik. Located 50 meters from the sea and tastefully build in stone. Our accommodations will give you the true feeling of well-being.
The Old Town is only 15 minutes by foot and all accommodations have a magnificent sea view on the Island of Lokrum, parts of the Old Town and the open sea.

We offer our dear guests 2 apartments (A6+1) (A6+2) and 2 rooms (A2, A3), located in two houses in the same area.

Located only several steps from the magnificent City Walls of Dubrovnik and entrance to Old Town Rooms Ivo invite you to spend pleasant vacations in Dubrovnik. Just a few steps will bring you inside Old Town Dubrovnik where you will find yourself surrounded with centuries of history and culture. The main street Stradun, the center of all happenings, is just minutes walking distance from our accommodation.

During summer visitors can enjoy various cultural events that include concerts, exhibitions, street performances, theatre shows and much more, all within the City Walls. All services you might need are close including shops, restaurants, post and banks. The beautiful beach beach Banje is also only several minutes walking distance from our Rooms Ivo.

Apartments Vuličević are located on the peninsula Lapad in Dubrovnik, by many the most beautiful and pleasant part of Dubrovnik. Located in a peaceful and quiet area and surrounded with Mediterranean sub-tropic vegetation our accommodations will enable you to fully enjoy your vacation. Our guests can freely use our outside grill to grill their own food and three terraces for relaxation. Secure parking can be arranged.

A beautiful pebble beach is only 400 meters away.
We offer our dear guests 2 apartments for rent. All are fully equipped and tastefully decorated, including air conditioning and SAT TV in each apartment.
The first apartment A1 (65 m2, 4+2) consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room with balcony. The second apartment A2 (40 m2, 2+2) consists of one bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom.

Villa Konalić is located in the picturesque area of Rijeka Dubrovačka, more exactly at Rožat Donji, a small oasis of peace and harmony in the vicinity of Dubrovnik. This area is a protected part because of its natural beauties; with the ACI marina Komolac just on the other side of this gorgeous bay. In addition to Villa Konalić there is our family restaurant where our guests can enjoy in specialties from Croatian and Dalmatian national cuisine. In front of our house we have arranged a pier and there is also the possibility for our dear guests to rent small boats to explore the surroundings or visit beaches. A long tradition of satisfied guests speaks of the level and quality of service we provide at Villa Konalić. We are located in a peaceful and quiet area, enabling you to truly relax.

We offer our dear guests 5 studio apartments (2+2, air conditioning) and 2 rooms for rent. All accommodation units are fully equipped and tastefully decorated. The studio apartments consist of 1 bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Most apartments have a balcony with a beautiful sea view.
The rooms can accommodate up to two persons.

Apartments Old Town are located in the Old Town of Dubrovnik, just a few meters away from the main street Stradun. Apartments Old Town are very carefully decorated and fully equipped (kitchen, bathroom, TV, SAT, air-conditioning, etc.)

All apartments are renovated in 2009.

Apartments Marija are situated on the Lapad peninsula, regarded by many as the most beautiful part of Dubrovnik. Here you will find that special place of peace and quiet to spend your vacation at. To our dear guests we offer 3 newly built apartments (4+1, 2+2) and 2 rooms, all fully equipped and tastefully decorated.

Even if Apartments Marija are not located exactly at the sea, some beautiful sand and rocky beaches, most of them no more than 10 minutes walk from our apartments, can be explored. Everything you might need, including shops, post office and bank is close to our apartments. For guests arriving by car secure parking can be arranged.

Apartment is located in a «Dubrovnik-style» stone house in the heart of Old Town Dubrovnik.
