Apartment and Room Marija is located
in Old Town Dubrovnik, very close to famous monuments such as the
Bell Tower, Palace Sponza and St. Blasius church. Located on the
first floor and with own entrance our accommodations will enable
you a peaceful vacation, at the same time having the opportunity
to explore numerous monuments, cozy cafe bars and restaurants and
other interesting sightseeing options, all within the City Walls.
We offer our dear guests 1 studio apartment (2
persons) and 1 room for rent. The accommodation units are fully
equipped and decorated. The studio apartment consists of one bedroom,
kitchen and dinning room combined together and one bathroom.
Rooms Niko are located in Gruž.
Our house is in an peaceful area and from our terrace you can enjoy
a nice view over Gruž port and Lapad peninsula. From our rooms you
can reach the Old Town, the center of all happenings, with a pleasant
20-25 minutes walk or by regular public buses. A bank, post office,
supermarket and other services you might need are all located in
Gruž and can be reached in several minutes by foot. Parking is possible
on the street above our house.
We offer our dear guests two rooms (each accommodation
2 persons) for rent. The accommodation units are fully equipped
and tastefully decorated. Additional equipment includes air conditioning.
Each room has its own bathroom, a large kitchen can be used by all
guests. A spacious terrace with view over Gruž port is also available.
