Apartments Mirjana are located
on Lapad peninsula, regarded by many as one of the most beautiful
residence areas in Dubrovnik. Sand, pebble and rocky beaches, several
well known hotels, restaurants, cafe bars and beautiful walking
areas are all close to Apartments Mirjana. Our accommodations are
in a quiet and peaceful area enabling you to fully relax, together
with a nice sea view on the bay of Lapad and the islet Grebeni from
the accommodations balcony.
Relax on your balcony, sipping your morning cafe
or just enjoying the view. Visit the Old Town Dubrovnik and other
interesting destinations as often as you choose while enjoying our
warm hospitality. We truly care for our guests and will try to make
your stay with us as pleasant as possible. Almost everything you
might need is within walking distance from our accommodations. Public
bus connection to Old Town is recommended to avoid parking problems,
the buses depart every 10-15 minutes. From our house guests can
take the stairs leading to the sea and beach, with numerous pebble
and rock beaches nearby.
Rooms Katić are located in Gruž,
with views over the harbor. Our house is in an quiet and peaceful
area and from our terrace you can enjoy a nice view over Gruž port
and Lapad peninsula. The Old Town, the center of all happenings,
can be reached with a pleasant 20-25 minutes walk or by regular
public buses. A bank, post office, supermarket, main bus terminal
and other services you might need are all located in Gruž and can
be reached by foot. Secure parking is possible in our garage or
on the street in front of our house.
To enrich you vacation experience we offer personal
assistance to our guests in arranging most tourist services, including
excursions, rent a car or any other service you might need. This
personal service and our warm hospitality will enable you to spend
memorable holidays in Dubrovnik and Rooms Katić. We offer our dear

Apartment Lotus is located on the peninsula Lapad in Dubrovnik, by many the most beautiful and pleasant part of Dubrovnik. Located near the sea in a peaceful and quiet area and surrounded with Mediterranean sub-tropic vegetation. Just several stairs will take you to a nice walking path.
Everything you might need is within walking distance. In the vicinity of our apartment there is a grocery store and a bakery. Post office, bank and bus station are just 10 min. away . A beautiful pebble beach with many adult and children activities can be reached in 15 min.
We offer our dear guests 1 spacious apartment (8+1, 120 m2) suitable for large groups and families. It is fully equipped and furnished (grill, air-condition, towels, sheets, washing machine (additional 3 euro for use of the washing mashine),TV,SAT TV,cd-player, kitchen supplies...)
This apartment is located in a
quiet suburb of the old town of Dubrovnik, and you can reach the
centre of the old city within a 5 minutes walk. The attic apartment
is determined for 2 to 4 persons. The sitting contains television
and a sleeping sofa for 2 children. The sleeping room has a bed
of 180 x 200 cm. The kitchen contains an electric cooker, a refrigerator,
pots, crockery and cutlery for 4 persons. The bathroom contains
a shower, WC, bidet, washing machine iron with ironing board.
The flat has got air conditioning and its separate
entrance. The balcony provides a marvellous view on the old town
and the Mediterranean Sea. The manager also speaks German. Driveway
and car-park: Zagrebacka street, vis á vis number 20.
Villa Magnolia, an intimate, artistically
decorated studio apartment for two is situated in the heart of peninsula
Lapad, by many the most beautiful and pleasant part of Dubrovnik.
The surroundings of Mediterranean sub-tropic vegetation, together
with our tastefully decorated apartment, will enable you to fully
enjoy your vacation. In front of the apartment there is a large
palm tree, offering shade and enhancing the cozy feeling our apartment
offers. The apartment has its own entrance ensuring full privacy
for its guests. The Sea and beaches are only 100 meters from the
apartment, a big parking is very close to the house and the bus
stop with regular bus connections to the Old Town is only 50 meters
away.
We offer you one apartment (studio) for rent.
The apartment is tastefully decorated with old antique furniture,
still including all the modern equipment you might need.
