We offer our dear guests 2 apartments (A6+1) (A6+2)
and 2 rooms (A2, A3), located in two houses in the same area.
Located only several steps from
the magnificent City Walls of Dubrovnik and entrance to Old Town
Rooms Ivo invite you to spend pleasant vacations in Dubrovnik. Just
a few steps will bring you inside Old Town Dubrovnik where you will
find yourself surrounded with centuries of history and culture.
The main street Stradun, the center of all happenings, is just minutes
walking distance from our accommodation.
During summer visitors can enjoy various cultural
events that include concerts, exhibitions, street performances,
theatre shows and much more, all within the City Walls. All services
you might need are close including shops, restaurants, post and
banks. The beautiful beach beach Banje is also only several minutes
walking distance from our Rooms Ivo.
Apartment Luna is situated in the
part od Dubrovnik called Montovjerna, located between Lapad and
the Old Town of Dubrovnik. The Old Town is only 15 minutes walking
distance from Apartment Luna and the public bus stop is in the vicinity
as well, enabling you to go wherever you choose. In the vicinity
are supermarkets, post offices, banks and beaches. Public parking
is available and one of the most popular night life places, the
"Bourbon Street", is located close by. However, our apartment
is located in a nice and quiet area, enabling you to truly relax.
To our guests we offer one apartment (2+3, 44 m2) for rent, fully
equipped and tastefully decorated with own entrance. It consists
of a double occupancy bedroom, living room with the possibility
of three additional beds (most suitable for children), kitchen,
bathroom and a balcony. The apartment is air conditioned, has a
washing machine and TV.

E-mail or mobile phone. The prices range from 55 Euro in June and
September, till 65 Euro for July and August for the whole apartment.
House Savinović is located at Boninovo,
a picturesque old part of Dubrovnik, only minutes walking distance
from the world famous Old Town of Dubrovnik. From House Savinović
or our garden in front of it our dear guests will enjoy a magnificent
sea view. Everything you might need is close by, a short walk will
take you to the Old Town where you will find post offices, banks,
supermarkets, restaurants or cafe bars, together with numerous monuments,
galleries and other interesting things worth seeing. The bus station
50 meters from our house but once you arrive at House Savinović
you will not need your car because everything is so close. We are
dedicated at providing our dear guests with the highest level of
service and hospitality and promise to make your stay in Dubrovnik
and with us to a unforgettable experience.
We offer you a very spacious apartment that can
accommodate up to 5 persons. It is fully equipped and tastefully
decorated with antique details.

Apartments Vuličević are located
on the peninsula Lapad in Dubrovnik, by many the most beautiful
and pleasant part of Dubrovnik. Located in a peaceful and quiet
area and surrounded with Mediterranean sub-tropic vegetation our
accommodations will enable you to fully enjoy your vacation. Our
guests can freely use our outside grill to grill their own food
and three terraces for relaxation. Secure parking can be arranged.
A beautiful pebble beach is only 400 meters away.
We offer our dear guests 2 apartments for rent. All are fully equipped
and tastefully decorated, including air conditioning and SAT TV
in each apartment.
The first apartment A1 (65 m2, 4+2) consists of two bedrooms, two
bathrooms, kitchen and living room with balcony. The second apartment
A2 (40 m2, 2+2) consists of one bedroom, kitchen, living room and
bathroom.
