Villa Carević is located in Gorica, in a peaceful and quiet area, encircled with pine trees and facing the sea. This position of our house and the luxuriously decorated apartment and rooms we offer enables our guests to truly relax having the possibility to visit beaches that are just outside our house or visit the Old Town Dubrovnik, a pleasant stroll of only 10-15 min.

We offer our dear guests 1 apartment and 2 rooms for rent. The accommodation units are located in our beautiful Mediterranean style house. All accommodation units are fully equipped and elegantly decorated. From all accommodations you will enjoy a splendid sea view.

Apartment Nane is located in the vicinity of Old Town Dubrovnik. From our terrace you will enjoy a nice sea view, together with a glimpse of the famous red rooftops of Old Town Dubrovnik and the magical island of Lokrum. Living so close to the Old Town is perfect for those who wish to be only minutes away from numerous monuments, galleries, concert's and other sightseeing possibilities. If you wish to explore the night life of Dubrovnik you will appreciate the fact that, after having visited restaurants and cafes bars, you are only 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
We offer our dear guests 1 apartment (2 persons) for rent. It consists of 1 bedroom, 1 dining room and a small kitchen combined together, bathroom and terrace. It is fully equipped and tastefully decorated. The apartment has its own entrance.

Unique panorama tours are available to our guests in our old timer Fiat Ballila cabrio from 1936 (the only of its kind in Croatia).

Villa Misita is located in Lapad, one of the most beautiful residence areas in Dubrovnik. The location of our accommodations enables our guests to enjoy a magnificent sea view on the bay of Lapad and the islet Grebeni. Together with our warm hospitality and the elegantly furnished rooms, you will find a peaceful and quiet place to spend your vacation at.
Spend many pleasant moments on your balcony, sipping your morning coffee or just relaxing.
At Villa Misita we are dedicated at offering the highest level of service to our dear guests in order to make your visit to Dubrovnik a pleasant and unforgettable experience.

We offer you 5 spacious rooms (one can accommodate 3 persons while the others accommodate 2 persons) with modern and new furniture. Entrance to each of the rooms is from the central hallway and they all have own bathrooms. Each room overlooks either a balcony or terrace with spectacular sea view. On the second floor of our 3 floor house there is a kitchen with dinning/living room that could be rented on your request.

Rooms "Carpe Diem" are located in the heart of Lapad peninsula, only 300 m away from the main beach in Lapad Bay. Uvala Lapad (Lapad Bay) is known for its clear sea, promenades along the sea and magnificent Mediterranean vegetation; it is an ideal place for vacation and leisure.

In the vicinity there are many hotels, restaurants and cafes,including a bank, post office, shopping center, market, tennis courts, beauty salon, etc.

The public transport bus stop only 30 meters from our accommodation. The old historic part of the town of Dubrovnik is only 3 km away, and can be reached not only by bus but by the sea as well.

Apartments Kovačec are situate between 4 hotels, in pinewoods, facing Adriatic Sea and Island of Lokrum. The apartments are located 900 meters from the Old City of Dubrovnik, and two minutes waking distance from pebble and rocky beaches.

Spend a pleasant and relaxing vacations in one of four our apartments. Enjoy a sea view in the mornings; relax with barbecue and a glass of good Dalmatian wine in the evenings. We are open all year around and more than very pleased to host you. We offer a special discount for long staying with us.

Apartments Carment are located in the center od Dubrovnik's Old Town. Being just 50 meters away from the main street Stradun, the Apartments Carmen provide you a possibility to be in the heart of all happenings in the Old Town of Dubrovnik, but far enough not to be disturbed by any noise.

The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk from the Apartments Carment. Grocery shop, city market, and pharmacy, are close. Paid and unpaid parking lots are available outside the City walls, as Old Town is pedestrian zone.

We offer our guests four apartments for rent, all fully equipped and tastefully decorated.

Rooms Butigan are located on peninsula Lapad, regarded as one of the most beautiful residence areas in Dubrovnik. The quiet and peaceful location of our rooms enables our guests to truly relax, at the same time enjoying a wonderful sea view on the bay of Lapad and the islet Grebeni. Our long hospitality tradition of over 20 years and the fact that we dedicate special care for our dear guests ensures that you will spend a memorable vacation in Rooms Butigan and Dubrovnik.

Most of our guests spend many relaxing moments on the balcony, sipping their morning cafe or just relaxing. You can also visit the Old Town Dubrovnik and many other interesting destinations along Dubrovnik region as often as you choose while staying at Rooms Butigan. We offer our dear guests two rooms (A1 and A2) and 1 apartment for rent. All are fully equipped and tastefully decorated.

A stylish apartment in a traditional house (88 square meters, 4+2)

Appearances can sometimes be deceptive as the traditional facade of Meri's House - thick stone walls, green shutters and pantiled roof set against colorful flowering shrubs - does not prepare for the stylish interiors this two - storey house within a house contains. Illuminated alcoves, subtle modern lightning and attractive pieces of Italian furniture add warmth to the spacious open plan living space downstairs and a breakfast bar separates the well-equipped kitchen from the rest of the room.
A gray, marble clad staircase leads up to the upper attic floor in the eaves which houses two double bedrooms and a bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub.
Air conditioning both floors, digital satellite TV and CD player are further modern touches to help ensure as comfortable a stay as possible. Dubrovnik's thick stone walls and the beach are just 10 - minutes walk away making Apartment Meri a good base from which to explore the Old Town's many charms.

Apartment Anita is located in Zlatni Potok, a beautiful area of Dubrovnik and close to Old Town Dubrovnik. A pleasant 10 minutes walk will take you to the Old Town with all its fascinating monuments, museums and other sightseeing possibilities.
From our apartment our dear guests will enjoy a splendid view on the Island Lokrum and the Old Town Dubrovnik. A beautiful pebble beach and nice walking areas are within 5 minutes walk from Apartment Anita. Our apartment is located in a residence building, but with its own separate entrance. Parking is possible on the street in front of the apartment.

We offer you one apartment (47m2, 2 persons) for rent. It is fully equipped, tastefully decorated and consists of one sleeping room, kitchen and dinning/living room combined together, bathroom and balcony with sea view.
