Villa Mandic geographically is situated in the center of Dubrovnik. Lapad is on its west side, the old city is in the base of the "Srđ" hill on its east side, bus station and a port are on the north side and "Gospino polje" with a sport center, beaches and the "Petka" hill are on its south side.
Villa Mandic is placed in a quiet neighborhood where our guests can enjoy the panoramic view from the terrace and the balcony. The bus station is only few steps away and so is the parking space.

We would like to recommend walking, rather than driving, as a creative form for getting a better picture about natural and historical beauties of, in so many ways, unique city Dubrovnik, our pride and the world attraction. Especially because the city is known for its summer traffic jams. The choice is yours.

The Ivušić Apartments are located very close to the historic center of the ancient town of Dubrovnik. It is an ideal vacation place for everyone who wants to be in the center of events and yet far enough from the crowd and noise inside the old city walls.

Our tourist capacities consist of a studio-apartment /suite/ (2+2), a twin room (1/2), and a room with 4 beds (2+2), each of them categorized as a three stars accomodation. The apartment and the rooms both dispose of: living room with TV-set complete kitchen, twin room with an additional bed, WC with shower and hair-drier, TV-SAT, mini-bar and air-conditioning system. The apartments are very aesthetic, and they have been arranged according to your landlords taste. All our guests have felt comfortable in them.

Apartments & Rooms Damir are conveniently located in Gruž, only 15 minutes (1,5 km) walking distance from the center of Old Town Dubrovnik. From our apartments you can enjoy nice views on Lapad peninsula and Gruž harbor and bay. Tourist services, banks, post office, supermarket, main bus station, excursion boats and other useful services are located within walking distance from our accommodation. A pleasant 10 minutes walk will bring you to a nice pebble beach called Bellevue.
