Apartments are superbly located in the part of Dubrovnik called Lapad in area of family houses and hotels (Park, Kompas, Dubrovnik, Sumartin, Zagreb), few minutes walking to the beach (sand or stone) and public transport every 15 minutes to the old town. Nearby is walking area with cafe bars, tennis courts, beaches, shops, bank and post office.

Rooms Marijo are located in an area of Dubrovnik called Gruž, overlooking Gruž bay, the home port of many ships and ferris. From our accommodation you can reach Old Town Dubrovnik, the center of all happenings, with a pleasant ca. 30 minutes walk or with regular public buses. A bank, post office, supermarket, market, bus station and other services you might need are all located in Gruž harbor. Private parking is availavle in front of our house.

Experience the enormous cultural heritage of Dubrovnik with it's churches, palaces, fountains, museums, art galleries and other monuments, well protected of the magnificent City Walls. Adventurers and nature lovers can undertake exploration trips to some of the beautiful islands around Dubrovnik, from Gruž harbor you have a large choice of sightseeing tours by boat.

Island Kalamota, also called Koločep, is situated only ten minutes by water-taxi from Dubrovnik harbor. Filled with age old olive and pine groves, gardens full of oranges and lemons, beautiful sand and rocky beaches, remains of antique architecture scattered throughout the island, and unpolluted, crystal clear sea Koločep offers the perfect escape from the usual tourist crowds.

Cars are forbidden, enabling perfect relaxation without the reminders of city noise or stress !

We offer our dear guests 3 apartments for rent. All are located in our Mediterranean-style house and have separate entrance for full privacy. All apartments share one large terrace with outside furniture, a outside grill is also at your disposal.

Apartment "One night free" is located near Old Town Dubrovnik with splendid views on it's beauty, island Lokrum and the sea. While enjoying this beauty, the scent of Mediterranean plants will enrich your experience. The well known and famous city beach where you can just sunbathe, chill at the bar or restaurant or enjoy various sport activities is only several minutes walk from our accommodation. If you like specialties from the grill you can use our outside grill and terrace.

We offer you one spacious apartment accommodating up to 6 persons for rent, consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with dining area and balcony overlooking Old Town Dubrovnik and the sea.

The house is air-conditioned, can be rented the whole year and disposes of 4 apartment and 1 room. As well as there is the possibility to rent the room and apartment individually. The price for the accommodation includes towels, bed linen without beach sheets, a completely furnished kitchen with all necessary crockery and cutlery, the consumption of electricity and water as well as the final cleaning.
You can reach the old part of town with the bus in 15 minutes.
