Villa Doda is an ancient, typical Dubrovnik mansion house, built in the beginning of the 19. century, and recently completely renewed. This elegant stone construction consists of two storeys, and the attic part, of 270 sq meters in full surface. The house is surrounded by the terrace-shaped meditarrenean
garden, with palm trees and subtropical vegetation, completely enclosed
within an outside stone wall.

The location is very favourable, few minutes of walk to the historical old town, just above the new-opened Hilton Imperial Hotel; but in the middle of pedestrian, calm area of old villas and parks, out of noise and traffic. So, one can enjoy at the same time the perfect quietness of the villa; and in few steps, get to the very center of touristic and cultural events. The closest beaches are in 200m walk-distance, and all the shops and stores are as close.
The particular interest of Villa Doda is in its possibility to be in location as the whole house, or to be partly rented in various forms.
Basically, there are three apartments, each with private entrance and terrace/garden.

Studio Apartment Marina is located in Lapad, a beautiful area of Dubrovnik with many hotels, restaurants, cafes, beaches and pleasant walking areas. A regular bus connection (bus Nr. 4 or 6) will take you to the Old Town with all its fascinating monuments, museums and other sightseeing possibilities. Our newly renovated studio apartment is situated in a peaceful and quiet area, where a pleasant short walk will take you to beaches, markets, post and bank and other facilities you might need. A beautiful sand beach and nice walking areas are within 5-10 minutes walk from Studio Apartment Marina. Our studio apartment is located in a residence building, but with its own separate entrance.
We offer our dear guests one newly renovated studio apartment (2+2 persons) for rent. It is fully equipped, tastefully decorated and consists of one sleeping room, kitchen and dinning/living room combined together, one bathroom and balcony with view on the green hill Petka. Additional equipment includes a SAT TV, air conditioning and washing machine.

Studio Apartment Viola is located in Zlatni Potok, a picturesque area of Dubrovnik, just south of Old Town Dubrovnik. This area is very peaceful and quiet, enabling you to fully relax. A comfortable 10 minutes walk will take you to the Old Town, the center of all major happenings, with all its fascinating monuments, museums, concerts and other sightseeing possibilities.
From our studio apartment and balcony our guests will enjoy a splendid view on the Island Lokrum and Old Town Dubrovnik. Two beautiful pebble beaches, rocky beaches and nice walking areas are all within 5 minutes walk from Studio Apartment Viola.
We offer our dear guests one studio apartment (2+1 persons) for rent. The apartment is located at the top floor floor of a 3-floor residence building. It is fully equipped, tastefully decorated and consists of one sleeping room, kitchen and dinning/living room combined together, one bathroom and balcony with splendid sea view.

Apartment Anamir is located in Lapad, a very beautiful part of Dubrovnik. Located in a old authentic stone house and very peaceful, our apartment will enable you a very pleasant vacation experience. Close to Apartment Anamir you will find Lapad bay, a pleasant area with several hotels, many restaurants and cafe bars and beautiful pebble and rocky beaches. This area is popular because of the low traffic and walking areas along the sea.

From our apartment and terrace you can see parts of the harbor Gruž.
A bank, post office, supermarket and other services you might need are all close to Apartment Anamir. Parking is available on the street bellow our house.

Rooms Jelena are located on the peninsula Lapad in Dubrovnik, regarded by many as the most beautiful and pleasant part of Dubrovnik. The surroundings of Mediterranean sub-tropic vegetation, together with our warm hospitality and tastefully decorated rooms, will enable you to fully enjoy your vacation.
The Sea and beaches are only 400 meters from the apartment, parking can be arranged in front of our house and the bus stop with regular bus connections to the Old Town (bus Nr. 4) is approximately 100 meters away. Lapad peninsula offers many beautiful walking areas with sand, pebble and rocky beaches, we recommend that you take a stroll along the sea from Hotel Kompas to Babin Kuk.

We offer our dear guests 3 rooms for rent. The accommodation units are fully equipped and tastefully decorated.

Villa Karla is situated in the area called Gorica, a peaceful and picturesque area with some of the most beautiful residence buildings in Dubrovnik. Our dear guests can enjoy in a spacious terrace with sea view, surrounded by our very nice garden, where you can take pleasure in your morning cafe or meals. Villa Karla is located only 50 meters from the beach, while Old Town Dubrovnik is only 15 minutes by foot away. Near our house you will also find tennis courts and other sport activities. For guests arriving with car we can arrange private parking or you can even rent our garrage.

We offer you two new and tastefully decorated apartments for 6-8 persons for rent. The apartments are air conditioned, while guests arriving by car have their own parking or can even rent our garage. For our guests we offer the highest level of service and we promise to make your stay with us to a memorable experience.

Villa Lia is located in a quiet and peaceful area, only 500 meters from Old Town Dubrovnik. Several pebble beaches, together with shops and other services you might need can be reached by foot or car.

Private parking can be arranged, for those arriving by plane or boat we offer to pick you up from the Dubrovnik airport or from the city-harbor.

Dubrovnik House is located in the heart of Dubrovnik's Old Town and situated on one of its most beautiful and photographed streets. The house, which dates back to the 14th century, was completely restored in early 2006. The renovation preserved the house's historic character, but added every modern convenience, including air conditioning and heating in every room, satellite television, and a modern kitchen. It can accommodate up to six (6) people.

Apartments Petra are located in Dubrovnik, at peninsula Lapad and are owned by family Salatić.
Family Salatić owns three apartments. All apartments have TV and SAT, a dish washer, a washer, and a microwave. All apartments are air conditioned.
Parking spots and a garage are available.

Apartment 1 is a studio apartment which is 22 square meters large (not including terrace) and can accommodate 2+1 persons.
Apartment 2 is 66 square meters large (+ terraces) and can accommodate 4+2 persons.
Apartment 3 is 46 square meters large (+ terraces) and can accommodate 2+2 persons.
