Adriatic Apartment is located in the area of Dubrovnik called Gorica, a nice and cozy part of Dubrovnik. The surroundings of Mediterranean sub-tropic vegetation, together with our tastefully decorated apartment, located 40 meters from the sea will enable you to fully enjoy your vacation.

Our house is located on a very attractive location in Old Town Dubrovnik, only 10 meters from the sea. The Maritime Museum, City Wall entrance, Cathedral, Rectors Palace and many other monuments are all located within 50 meters from our house. The well known pebble beach Banje is less than 5 minutes away.

We offer you one apartment (2+1, 1 sleeping room, living room, bathroom and kitchen) and 3 rooms (two rooms accommodate 2 persons, one accommodates one person) for rent. All accommodation unites (Apartment, R1, R2), except for one room (R3), offer splendid views of the old port Dubrovnik and sea.

Apartment Niko is located in Ploče, a beautiful and popular area of Dubrovnik, rich in Mediterranean vegetation and only several minutes walking distance from Old Town Dubrovnik. Enjoy the splendid view of Old Town with all its fascinating monuments, famous red rooftops, Island Lokrum and the sea.

Beautiful pebble and rocky beaches, together with nice walking areas are within several minutes walk from Apartment Niko.

For centuries Dubrovnik has evoked the admiration of visitors, taking your breath away every time you visit this magical town. Visit the main street Stradun, the center of all happenings. During summer visitors can enjoy a rich cultural program that includes concerts and other events, all within the City Walls.

This is a luxury new apartment situated right in the heart of Dubrovnik Old Town. Living space consists of one bedroom with twin size bed and foldaway bed (on request), sofa bed (suitable for a child) and a cot (on request); kitchen; living room; bathroom with a bath and a toilet. It suitable for 2+1 person, or for 2 persons and 2 children. It is surrounded by local tourist attractions (churches, monastery's, old city walls, galleries, museums, shops, restaurants, shops...).

Do not miss the opportunity to visit the beautiful beach Banje, the mysterious Island of Lokrum or the cozy medieval township of Cavtat. Regular boat tours from the Old Harbor will take you to Island Lokrum, Cavtat and other interesting destinations.
