WELCOME

Apartment Biba is located very near of the southern entrance to Old Town Dubrovnik, only several minutes walk from the historical center. Fully furnished and decorated our apartment offer guests comfortable accommodation, with a beautiful terrace enabling views over the Old Town , island Lokrum and the sea. A pebble beach called Banje, suitable for children, is located directly within walking distance from our apartment.

Everything you might need is close by, a short walk will take you to the heart of the Old Town where you will find post offices, banks, supermarkets, restaurants or cafe bars, together with numerous monuments, galleries and other interesting things worth seeing. Once you arrive at Apartment Biba you will not need your car because everything is so close.

The house is situated next to the centre of Šipanska Luka (cca 5min) at the Island of Šipan. Surrounded by olives, the house is ideal for family holiday and relaxation. In front of the entrance there is a big terrace surrounded by flowers. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a dining room on one side, and a double -bedded room with a bathroom on the other side. Stone-staircase takes you to the first-floor where you have two double-bedded rooms, each with its own bathroom. The house is air-conditioned; the kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances. You are also provided with bed- linens and towels. Within the house, there is also a utility room with a washing machine. Behind the house there is an extra terrace with a grill at your service.

Guests can laze on the shared terrace while admiring the view over to the island of Lokrum and Dubrovnik Old City.

Dubrovnik's famous main boulevard, Stradun is only a short walk from our apartments. From your door step you can explore the quaint and narrow streets with their colorful green potted and bougainvillea plants, nearby monuments, museums and exhibitions, or enjoy the many restaurants and cafes "scattered" along Old Town Dubrovnik.

The beautiful pebble beach Banje is within walking distance of Apartments Minerva.
