The 3 apartments are situated in a quiet residential part of the Old Town, just under Minceta Tower and the city walls, and beside the Franciscan Monastery.

The 3 apartments I, II and III consist of kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. They are fully equipped and tastefully decorated, including air conditioning /heating system and SAT TV. The location of these apartments is in a silent and peaceful side-road, only 75 meters to Stradun.

This high quality apartment is located at the center of the Old town (Zudioska street) overlooking the main street, Stradun, and all the major attractions.

Villa Bonaca is located in a peaceful area called Gorica, only 15 minutes walking distance from the Old Town. The bay of Danèe, part of the city walls and the green island Lokrum can se seen from our accommodations. For swimming you can choose between rocky or pebble beaches, with the Bellevue pebble beach only 150 meters from Guesthouse Bonaca. Almost everything you might need is close by; a grocery shop, bakery (open 24 hours) , regular bus connections to the Old Town and even several tennis courts that can be rented. If you like to take long walks there are nice strolling areas along the hill, leading to a small picturesque church.

Apartments Nerio are situated in the center of the Old Town directly across from Gundulić Square, named after Ivan Gundulić, a Dubrovnik-born poet and dramatist who lived in the 17th century. Our apartments are located in an authentic stone house with warm natural stone fasade. From your window you will feel the rhythm of Old Town Dubrovnik, with a colorful marketplace just bellow, taking in the sweet fragrance of orange blossoms and oleander.

Dubrovnik, influenced by the great Renaissance and Gothic eras, is a World Heritage Site brimming with artwork and architecture, enhanced by the magic of its natural and historical surroundings; crystal clear sea around islands dotted with cypress trees, hills, castles and cathedrals. Today, one can feel the purity of the Mediterranean gem that is Dubrovnik. Looking down from Mount Srđ, the city's medieval charm opens with its many cafes, restaurants, galleries and shops happily lining its cobblestone streets and the main square. Three apartments are situated 150 m from the Old town. All of them consist of a complete kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and a nice balcony with has views of the Old Town. The sizes of the apartments are around 40m2 and each one of them can accommodate two persons. The apartments all equipped with an air-conditioner and with satellite TV.

Located inside the City Walls, in a completely restored «Dubrovnik-style» house dating from the 15th Century, Villa Mila enables you to truly experience the spirit of Old Town Dubrovnik. Restored with great love and care, this exceptional property on 5 levels is most suitable for families or smaller groups. Villa Mila is accessed by steps from the Old Town, making it therefore not very suitable for persons with walking difficulties or with very young children. While staying at Villa Mila do not miss the opportunity to visit the beautiful beach Banje, the mysterious Island of Lokrum or the cozy medieval township of Cavtat. Regular boat tours from the Old Harbor will take you to Island Lokrum, Cavtat and other interesting destinations.

We offer our dear guests one spacious and luxurious villa (120 sqm) accommodating 4-6 persons for rent. It is newly renovated, fully furnished and located in an old authentic stone house with its own entrance.

The beautiful beach Banje is also only several minutes away from our house just like the old port, from where you can take ships to the Island Lokrum or Cavtat every hour.

From 3 windows you are looking at the medieval harbor of Dubrovnik , beautiful island Lokrum and breathtaking sunsets.

Beautiful authentic house in the heart of the Old Town Dubrovnik. House is more than 500 hundred years old and still has preserved its original interior and facade form. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the bedrooms are cozy and comfortable, attractively decorated with original paintings, different hand made sculptures and interesting books. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and fully equipped self-catering kitchen. You can rent a room with the bathroom to share, a room with the bathroom and kitchen or you can rent the whole house which is suitable for up to 6 or 7 persons.

Being located literary in the heart of the Old Town, you are in a 1 minute walking distance to all the historic monuments, the theatre, the cinema, local beach, boats to the nearby islands, bars and pubs etc.
