Apartments Carment are located in the center od Dubrovnik's Old Town. Being just 50 meters away from the main street Stradun, the Apartments Carmen provide you a possibility to be in the heart of all happenings in the Old Town of Dubrovnik, but far enough not to be disturbed by any noise.

The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk from the Apartments Carment. Grocery shop, city market, and pharmacy, are close. Paid and unpaid parking lots are available outside the City walls, as Old Town is pedestrian zone.

Our long hospitality tradition of over 20 years and the fact that we dedicate special care for our dear guests ensures that you will spend a memorable vacation in Rooms Butigan and Dubrovnik.
Most of our guests spend many relaxing moments on the balcony, sipping their morning cafe or just relaxing. You can also visit the Old Town Dubrovnik and many other interesting destinations along Dubrovnik region as often as you choose while staying at Rooms Butigan.

We offer our dear guests two rooms (A1 and A2) and 1 apartment for rent. All are fully equipped and tastefully decorated.

Our apartment is located at Boninovo, a picturesque part of Dubrovnik, only minutes walking distance from the world famous Old Town of Dubrovnik. The house was build in the 16th C and was among the few that survived the Great Earthquake in 1667. Today it is a protected building because of the great historical value it possesses. From Apartment Boninovo or the terrace in front of it our dear guests will enjoy a magnificent sea view.
A short walk will take you to the Old Town where you will find post offices, banks, supermarkets, restaurants or cafe bars, together with numerous monuments, galleries and other interesting things worth seeing. Once you arrive at Apartment Boninovo you will not need your car because everything is so close.
We are dedicated to offer our dear guests the highest level of service and promise to make your stay in Dubrovnik and with us to a memorable experience. We offer you 1 newly renovated apartment for rent. The accommodation unit is fully equipped and tastefully decorated.

The Family Apartment Bella, owned by family Barilar, is located at the peaceful and the most beautiful part of Dubrovnik – peninsula Lapad.
The apartment is 36 m2 large and has 26 m2 terrace. It consists of a kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, a room with a double bed, a large living room with dining corner and two beds. The apartment is fully equipped and has TV and radio. Additional double room is available on request.
Parking spot is available in the backyard. .
We speak English, Italian, German, and French language.
Families with kids are very welcome.There is a possibility of renting an additional double room.
Activities: Jogging and walking at woods Petka, swimming at nearby beaches, watersports (prior reservation necessary), boat exursions, dalmatioan cuisine with home specialities and cultural events in the Old Town.
