Apartment Mage is located in Lapad, one of the most beautiful residence areas in Dubrovnik. The location of our accommodations enables our guests to enjoy a nice sea view on the bay of Lapad and the islet Grebeni. Together with our warm hospitality you will find a peaceful and quiet place to spend your vacation at. Everything you might need is close; supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, post office and bank, while the main beach and other pebble and rocky beaches are only 5-10 minutes walk from our accommodations. For our guests we offer assistance in organizing various interesting excursions or sailboat rent arrangements.

We offer our dear guests one spacious apartment (4+2) for rent. This apartment occupies the entire floor of our family house and has it's own entrance. The accommodation unit is fully equipped and tastefully decorated. Additional equipment includes air conditioning and TV.

Apartments Iva are located in the centre of the Old Town of Dubrovnik, just few meters away form the main street Stradun. The apartments Iva can accomodate up to 8 persons in two apartments.
The apartments can be rented separately as well, each accomodating four persons.

Rooms Gull's Home are located inside Old Town Dubrovnik in a «Dubrovnik-style» stone house.

Our property is on 4 levels, the top level there is a dinning room with views over Old Town Dubrovnik where we serve beakfast.

Our traditional built Dubrovnik stone house has been built at the beginning of the 19th century. It is located in a very nice area in the immediate vicinity of the historical City of Dubrovnik. A pleasant 5 minutes walk will take you to Old Town Dubrovnik, Being so close to Old Town Dubrovnik where most cultural and other happenings are organized, not to mention the numerous museums, exhibitions, monuments, restaurants, cafe bars and other interesting things you might enjoy.

Our family has owned the house for several generations. All spaces are completely renovated and well designed, overlooking the sea, Fort Lovrijenac and parts of the Old city. There are two specious terraces and gardens with Mediterranean flowers and plants that our guests can use for relaxation. Whether you visit Dubrovnik during high or low season (low season offers you the opportunity to enjoy the mild climate and lower tourist crowds), we at Apartments & Rooms and our warm hospitality will ensure that you spend a memorable vacation in Dubrovnik.

Apartment and Room Marija is located in Old Town Dubrovnik, very close to famous monuments such as the Bell Tower, Palace Sponza and St. Blasius church. Located on the first floor and with own entrance our accommodations will enable you a peaceful vacation, at the same time having the opportunity to explore numerous monuments, cozy cafe bars and restaurants and other interesting sightseeing options, all within the City Walls.

We offer our dear guests 1 studio apartment (2 persons) and 1 room for rent. The accommodation units are fully equipped and decorated. The studio apartment consists of one bedroom, kitchen and dinning room combined together and one bathroom.
