K - apartments are situated in one of the most attractive parts of Dubrovnik, the peninsula of Lapad. The closest beach can be reached in a 2-3 minutes walk.

The Old Town is about 30 minutes walking distance, regular bus lines depart every 10 minutes.

Each apartment consists of one bedroom (two beds), kitchen / living room (with an extra bed for two persons), bathroom (shower) and balcony. All are air conditioned and have SAT-TV. Private parking place is also available.

Rooms Katić are located in Gruž, with views over the harbor. Our house is in an quiet and peaceful area and from our terrace you can enjoy a nice view over Gruž port and Lapad peninsula. The Old Town, the center of all happenings, can be reached with a pleasant 20-25 minutes walk or by regular public buses. A bank, post office, supermarket, main bus terminal and other services you might need are all located in Gruž and can be reached by foot. Secure parking is possible in our garage or on the street in front of our house.

To enrich you vacation experience we offer personal assistance to our guests in arranging most tourist services, including excursions, rent a car or any other service you might need. This personal service and our warm hospitality will enable you to spend memorable holidays in Dubrovnik and Rooms Katić. We offer our dear guests 3 rooms (each accommodating 2 persons) for rent.

This apartment is located in a quiet suburb of the old town of Dubrovnik, and you can reach the centre of the old city within a 5 minutes walk. The attic apartment is determined for 2 to 4 persons. The sitting contains television and a sleeping sofa for 2 children. The sleeping room has a bed of 180 x 200 cm. The kitchen contains an electric cooker, a refrigerator, pots, crockery and cutlery for 4 persons. The bathroom contains a shower, WC, bidet, washing machine iron with ironing board.

The flat has got air conditioning and its separate entrance. The balcony provides a marvellous view on the old town and the Mediterranean Sea. The manager also speaks German. Driveway and car-park: Zagrebacka street, vis á vis number 20.

The regular bus line from Cilipi Airport stops at Pile (square just outside the city walls) that is close to House Tereza. Our accommodations are renovated with much love, preserving the "old spirit" of the house with many antique details inside.

Our traditional built Dubrovnik stone house has been built at the beginning of the 19th century. It is located in a very nice area in the immediate vicinity of the historical City of Dubrovnik. A pleasant 5 minutes walk will take you to Old Town Dubrovnik, Being so close to Old Town Dubrovnik where most cultural and other happenings are organized, not to mention the numerous museums, exhibitions, monuments, restaurants, cafe bars and other interesting things you might enjoy.

Our family has owned the house for several generations. All spaces are completely renovated and well designed, overlooking the sea, Fort Lovrijenac and parts of the Old city. There are two specious terraces and gardens with Mediterranean flowers and plants that our guests can use for relaxation.
