township situated just 10 kilometers northeast from Dubrovnik. Located

A nice and clean pebble beach is just several minutes walk from
our apartments. This area is also specially suitable for children
due to low traffic. All our guests can use the large terrace overlooking
the sea, together with the outside grill. In our large garden we
grow many Mediterranean fruits, lemon, oranges, kiwi and more, that
we always offer to our guests for free, together with our own homemade

climate and crystal clear waters. The population of Žuljana is approximate
200. Main occupations are wine growing, olive oil making, fishing

the whole region of Pelješac peninsula makes this the ideal choice
