VILLA ADRIA is located in Mlini, a small township only 8 km from Dubrovnik, conveniently situated on the northern coast of Župa Bay. Mlini was known for its water mills('Mlini' means 'Mills') because many brooks and streams enabled their use in former times. The brooks with many small falls still pass through the township and are today inhabited by many ducks and other birds. Our house is situated just above the road leading from Dubrovnik to Cavtat with beaches and other tourist services within walking distance from our accommodation. Enjoy beautiful views over Zupa Bay, the islands and the sea.

We offer you 4 apartments and 1 room for rent. All units are fully eqiopped and tastefuly decorated. Upon request units can also be combined to suite almoust any arrangement widh you might have. We can accommodate a total of 17 people. All accommodation units have air conditioning and TV.

Villa TONINA is located in Cavtat, on a small hill, and very close to Cavtat's historical center. Located in a peaceful and quiet area, our accommodation will enable you to spend a peaceful vacation, at the same time having the possibility to visit Dubrovnik, Cavtat, beaches and numerous other interesting and exiting destinations along this area.

We try to dedicate time for each guest, resulting in a warm and comfortable atmosphere at Villa Tonina.

Apartments Nada is located in Mlini, a small and peaceful township located only 9 km from Dubrovnik and 10 km from Cavtat. Many sand, pebble and hidden rocky beaches, together with cozy restaurants, cafe bars and low traffic present Mlini as the perfect vacation choice whether you plan to arrive with your family or friends.

Several restaurants, cafe bars, supermarkets, a post office are all located in the center of Mlini and within close walking distance from our accommodations.

Medical care, pharmacy and a bank is located in Srebreno, only 15 minutes walk from Apartments Nada.

We offer you 3 apartments for rent, all fully furnished, nicely decorated, air conditioned and with SAT TV. Private parking is available in front of our house, an outside grill is at disposal to all guests.

Apartment None is located in the charming township Cavtat, 18km away from the famous Old Town Dubrovnik and only 5km from Dubrovnik airport. Located in a quiet area on a small slope and within walking distance of beaches, calm walking paths along the sea, local restaurants, bars, and other important facilities, the accommodation offers a great spot from which to explore Cavtat and it's surrounding area.

We offer you one apartment for rent. The accommodation is located on 2 floors. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. On the lower floor there is a spacious kitchen. The large benefit of this accommodation, according to our guests, is the large terrace with grill that you are free to use. An interesting detail is also the small family chapel St. Ivana right behind our house.

Our house is situated in the beautiful tourist resort Mlini, only 8 kilometers from Old Town Dubrovnik. House Petrali is one of the oldest houses in Mlini, build from stone in traditional Dalmatian style and surrounded with lush Mediterranean vegetation. Beside is an old restored water mill (Mlini in Croatian), one of those from which Mlini got it's name. The water mills are first mentioned in the archives in the 13 century.

Due to the historical value of our house and the mill we are listed in the Register of Cultural Heritage of the Republic of Croatia. The surrounding area is peaceful and rich in Mediterranean vegetation, overlooking the sea and islands enabling you to fully relax.
Private parking is available, the beach is only 150 meters from our house, while restaurants, cafe bars, boat transfers, a diving center and other services you might need are all within short walking distance. Distance to the airport is 9 kilometers.

Villa Kornjača is located in an authentic stone-style house in the heart of the town Ston, a great escape from the standard southern Dalmatia and Dubrovnik tourist route. About 59 km northwest of Dubrovnik, there are no big resorts or luxury hotels in Ston but there is great eating (world famous oysters and other sea food), great scenery, old stone houses and the longest fortifications in Europe.

If you wish to escape the usual tourist crowds, but still be able to visit Old Town Dubrovnik and numerous other interesting destinations alonf Pelješac peninsula, Villa Kornjača, completly renovated with great care, avaits to accommodate you.

"RILOVIĆ" house, named after our family, is over 200 years old and it is placed in Radovčići village, on the south side of Konavle region, 500 m away from a sea side. The historic small town Cavtat is located 15 km west of our place and another 15 km, DUBROVNIK, which is considered as the most beautiful city on Mediterranean coast.

Konavle is distinguished by it's pristine natural landscape and indigenous stone architecture, an area of particular natural beauty and unique contrasts: mountains and plains, hills and valleys, blue sea and green woods.

Surrounded with Mediterranean flowers and olive trees and no nearby neighbors you will truly appreciate this peaceful and relaxing ambient. A gorgeous view on the sea and islands enriches the experience at Apartments Bralović. Beside tourism, we also grow our own vegetables, fruit and other products that our guests can enjoy.

"Villa Kontrada" is placed in Komaji village, on the south side of Konavle region. The historic small town Cavtat is located 15 km west of our place and another 20 km from Dubrovnik, which is considered as the most beautiful city on the Mediterranean coast.

This region is distinguished by it's pristine natural landscape and indigenous stone architecture. Numerous historic monuments have been carefully preserved, and hundreds of years of cultural traditions can still be experienced today in Konavle's unique costumes, embroidery and folklore.

Our house is situated in a peaceful and quiet area, surrounded with rich Mediterranean vegetation, overlooking Mlini and the sea. A short walk takes you to a several pebble beaches and small bays with rocky beaches. Close by you will find many cozy restaurants, taverns and cafe bars. There is also a regular ferry line that will take you to the Old Port of Dubrovnik or Cavtat, or you can use some of the regular bus lines to Dubrovnik or Cavtat. In the vicinity there is a supermarket, bakery, general store, post office, a bank.
