Apartment Lada is located in Štikovica, just ten minutes from Dubrovnik by car, 20 meters from our private beach below, or 150 meters from a beautiful pebble beach. Built into a cliff and perched above the sea, the property offers splendid, far reaching views of Zaton Bay, Elaphite islands and the sea, offering guests a relaxing retreat away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
Our apartment (3+2) consists of a one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room. Magnificent views canbe enjoyed from the outlook in the kitchen/living room. There is a spacious terrace at the entrance. This apartment offers comfortable interior and comes equipped with air-conditioning, heating, SAT TV, and wireless internet access.
Also available is private parking, an an outside grill and small summer kitchen.
Villa Elza is located in the small, picturesque township Orašac, only 13 kilometers from Dubrovnik. Magnificent views on the sea and islands will enrich your experience. Orašac is famous for its votive church to the miraculous Virgin Mary of Orašac, build in the 15th century, and for the "Arapovo" Palace, called Soderini, build in the beginning of the 16th century. The distance to Čilipi Airport is 33 kilometers.
Beautiful walking areas can be found nearby. Take a stroll along the sea with many pebble and rocky beaches nearby or walk through the beautiful countryside. For those who prefer peace and quietness and crystal clear sea Orašac is the perfect choice. You will still be being able to visit Dubrovnik and other exiting destinations as often as you choose.
Molunat – a small romantic fishing place where many archeological sites are found in the sea as well as on the land. It is an ecologic preserved nature with a lot of the Mediterranean medical herbs, a very interesting coast with quite little and shallow bays where the small rocks emerge out of the sea giving unforgetgettable impression to the visitors.
Villa Marin is situated close to the sea shore with the beautiful view to the whole bay and the open sea. It has 8 apartments (2 studio apartments), equipped with air-condition and satellite TV. There is a restaurant with traditional Mediterranean cuisine, based on domestic fresh fish, vegetables, and meat products dressed with Dalmatian oil and other domestic spices.
The guest may use a swimming pool with a big terrace for sitting in the sun or relaxing after all day swimming, on the sandy beaches in Molunat. We offer our guest some attractions as picnics in the nature, fishing, or some other sport activities.
Fox Apartments are situated in a peaceful and quiet area located just outside Cavtat. Each apartment opens up to a beautiful view overlooking the Adriatic sea and islands of Mrkan and Bobara.
