and ca. 10 kilometers from Čilipi airport.
Our house is situated in a peaceful and quiet area, with a pine
and evergreen forest between us and the sea. A short walk through
this beautiful park takes you to a sandy beach and small bays with
pebble beaches. A pleasant walk will also take you to the center
of this small coastal township with many cozy restaurants, taverns
and cafe bars.
The hilly chain descends steeply into this beautiful valley and
bay, where you will spend memorable holidays surrounded with rich
Mediterranean vegetation, overlooking the sea and islands.
Our warm hospitality, together with the peacefulness and low traffic,
will enable you truly to relax whether you plan to arrive with your

Villa Dubrovnik is located in a
picturesque area just outside Cavtat and only 13 km from Dubrovnik.
Many exiting destinations are all very close to Villa Dubrovnik;
Cavtat, the Konavle valley, Dubrovnik Old Town and others. Fell
free to visit those places and others as often as you choose, at
the same time enjoying the peace and quiet of Villa Dubrovnik. Our
comfortable accommodations, together with our warm hospitality will
enable you to truly relax.
Our accommodation units are facing the sea and many of our dear
guests spend their mornings or evenings sitting on their balcony's
watching over the sea and islands, together with a " glimpse"
of Old Town Dubrovnik in the distance. IF you enjoy long walks this
area is perfect for you because of virtually no traffic and beautiful
walking paths along the shore and countryside.
We offer our dear guests 5 Apartments accommodating from 2-6 persons

Villa Dubravka is located in PLAT,
a township in Župa Dubrovačka, between Cavtat and Mlini, only 15
km south of Dubrovnik and 6 km from the picturesque town of Cavtat.
On the northern side Plat is bordered by a chain of hills descending
into Župa bay, a picturesque area featuring numerous small villages
along the sea.
Enjoy the crystal clear sea, together with some of the sandy, pebble
or rocky beaches, surrounded by cypresses and pine trees, that Plat
offers. Villa Dubravka is located in a quiet and peaceful area where
our guests can truly relax. Entertainment, as well as cultural,
historical sites and other interesting destinations can be explored
while enjoying the comfort of Villa Dubravka.
