The Pecotić apartments are situated in the St. Nikola area of Korčula, only five minutes walking distance from the old town Korčula. Situated in a peaceful area and surrounded with Mediterranean vegetation, you will find the perfect place to spend an unforgettable vacation.

We offer our dear guests one large apartment (70 sq. met.) for rent. The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with lounge and terrace. In addition one room with double beds and with own bathroom, including a separate entrance can be rented. Our house is only 30 m from the sea.

Enjoy our warm hospitality, take pleasant walks to old town Korčula (5 min walk) or explore other areas of this magnificent island.

Villa Mlini is located in Mlini, a picturesque small township, only 7 kilometers from Dubrovnik and ca. 5 km from Cavtat.
Our house is situated right at the sea, in a peaceful and quiet area, and surrounded with colorful Mediterranean vegetation. By stepping outside of our accommodations you will find yourself in the center of Mlini with beautiful beaches, restaurants and bars just a few meters away. This small coastal township will enable you to truly relax, while many water activities will enrich you vacation experience.
The hilly chain descends steeply into this beautiful valley and bay, where you will spend memorable holidays surrounded with rich Mediterranean vegetation, overlooking the sea and islands.

Inhabited already in ancient times, the township Slano is situated in a picturesque bay with sandy beaches, which is a protected port and shelter during bad weather, only 40 km from Dubrovnik. This small oasis embraced by lush Mediterranean vegetation and crystal clear sea features the remnants of Illyrian settlements, Baroque and Renaissance buildings and other interesting sightseeing possibilities.
If you wish to spend your vacation in a peaceful environment, enjoying the clear see for swimming or sailing, nice beaches, great trails for biking or walking, Slano and Villa Slano offers it all. For swimming you can choose between sand, pebble and rocky beaches, all close to out house. We have many years of hospitality experience and we try to provide special and dedicated care for each guest.

Welcome to Marco Polo Apartments in Korčula Old Town.
Korčula is an attractive island off the Adriatic coast of Croatia. The island has nearly 200 unspoilt coves and beaches, lush wooded valleys and many vineyards. A holiday to Korčula benefits from an average of 3,000 hours of sunshine each year but the countryside is lush and ideal for Mediterranean plants. Marco Polo Apartments are four self catering holiday apartments in the very heart of Korčula Old Town, just opposite of Bishop's Treasury, stone throws from Korčula main square 'Pijaceta'. Self Catering Apartments Marco Polo consist of double/twin bedroom, wc/shower room and kitchenette. Each apartment occupies entire floor of 600 yrs old Korčula town house.

Marco Polo Apartments are currently undergoing total refurbishment due for completion in April 2005.

Štikovica is a beautiful small township situated just 10 kilometers northeast from Dubrovnik. Located in a very peaceful and quiet area and overlooking the picturesque Zaton Bay, Elafiti Islands and the open sea, our accommodations will enable you to spend a unforgettable vacation in this area. You can visit Old Town Dubrovnik and many interesting destinations as often as you choose while the hospitality and comfort of Apartments Matea.
A nice and clean pebble beach is just several minutes walk from our apartments. This area is also specially suitable for children due to low traffic. All our guests can use the large terrace overlooking the sea, together with the outside grill. In our large garden we grow many Mediterranean fruits, lemon, oranges, kiwi and more, that we always offer to our guests for free, together with our own homemade lemonade.

Four stylish bedrooms, three marble italian baths (two en suite, one shared), a medieval shaded courtyard that leads from the grandest bedroom, a rustic yet modern kitchen and an outstanding lounge bathed in sunlight on the top floor, offering spectacular views comprise the villa's interior.

All the bedrooms have views of the sea and islands. 

Only 20 minutes by car from Dubrovnik and less than 5 minutes to the nearest beach. The villa would be ideal for those wishing seclusion in a fabulous setting outdoors or in.

Nada's House is located in Mlini, a cozy, small township only 8 km from Dubrovnik, conveniently situated on the northern coast of Zupa Bay. In former times the place was known for its water mills ('Mlini' means 'Mills') because many brooks and streams enabled their use. The brooks with many small falls still pass through the place and are today inhabited by many ducks and other birds. These streams, rich Mediterranean vegetation, typical Dalmatian-style houses and these wonderful streams make Mlini to a cozy, picturesque place to be discovered.

Sandy, pebble and rocky beaches, cafe bars, restaurants and many other tourist offers and activities are available. Explore Dubrovnik and Cavtat, the local buses pass every 30 minutes and you can also take a boat that departures regularly from Mlini port.
