The house disposes of 2 air conditioned rooms with folding beds as well as 1 air conditioned studio-apartment.
There is the possibility to make use of a washing machine and the landlord's telephone. A lounge with a SAT-television, suitable for parlour games, can also be used. The house has a central heating.Thus makes it possible to enjoy a nice stay also in winter time. Half board, only breakfast or any other meal option is available at request.
