Mlini ia a small and peaceful township located
only 9 km from Dubrovnik and 10 km from Cavtat. Many sand, pebble
and hidden rocky beaches, together with cozy restaurants, cafe bars
and low traffic present the perfect vacation choice whether you
plan to arrive with your family or friends. Several restaurants,
cafe bars, supermarkets, a post office are all located in the center
of Mlini and within several minutes walking distance from our accommodations.
Medical care, pharmacy and a bank is located in Srebreno, only 10
minutes walk from Villa Ana.

Villa Sunset is located in Plat,
a small township situated only 9 km south of Dubrovnik. The panorama
view on the sea and islands, together with the green surroundings
of Mediterranean vegetation, will enable you to truly relax while
enjoying our warm hospitality.
To enrich your experience we organically grow
many vegetables that our guests can use to prepare food, a outside
grill is also at your disposal.
Plat, together with the townships Kupari, Srebreno,
Mlini and Soline is situated in the area called Župa Dubrovačka.
The hilly chain from its north descends steeply into the wide valley
filled with Mediterranean vegetation and an array of villages close
to and on the very rim of Župa Bay. This small area has united an
abundance of uniquely natural beauties, making it one of the most
beautiful regions along Dubrovnik riviera. Numerous sandy and pebble
beaches, together with the famous clearness of the Adriatic Sea,
make it a perfect vacation resort for families and those who seek
peace and quietness. At the same time Dubrovnik and many other exiting
destinations can be explored as often as you choose.

Castle Savonari is located in the
small, picturesque township Orašac, only 13 kilometers from Dubrovnik.
The house is over 400 years old and renovated to meet all modern
accommodation standards. A large terrace with stone pillars, surrounded
with Mediterranean flowers and wine trees, enables all guests to
relax in this peaceful ambient. A gorgeous view on the sea and islands
enriches the experience at Castle Savonari. Our household, beside
tourism, also grows its own vegetables, makes olive oil, wine, liquor,
produces its own dalmatian smoked ham, milk, eggs and other products
that our guests can enjoy.
Beautiful walking areas can be found near Castle
Savonari. Take a stroll along the sea with many pebble and rocky
beaches nearby or walk through the beautiful countryside. If you
prefer peace and quietness, traditional dalmatian cuisine and crystal
clear sea, come and enjoy all this at Castle Savonari. You will
still be being able to visit Dubrovnik and other exiting destinations

House Stjepović is located in the
small, picturesque township Orašac, only 13 kilometers from Dubrovnik.
Our warm hospitality and the beautiful surroundings enables all
guests to truly relax in this peaceful area. A gorgeous view on
the sea and islands enriches the experience of spending your vacation
at House Stjepović. As a special treat we like to "spoil"
our guests with various home made products, enabling you to get
a true taste of the specialties this region offers.
Orašac is famous for its votive church to the
miraculous Virgin Mary of Orašac, build in the 15th century, and
for the "Arapovo" Palace, called Soderini, build in the
beginning of the 16th century. The distance to Čilipi Airport is
33 kilometers. This region is ideal for those interested in hiking
or long walks, with many small paths just waiting to be explored.

The magnificent landscapes surrounding
Prozurska Luka are perfect for nature lovers, crystal clear sea,
rich and colorful Mediterranean vegetation and friendly locals make
it a natural choice for those seeking a special vacation spot. One
of the favorite destination of sailors, with local fish restaurants
offering excellent, daily fresh seafood.
The Island of Mljet is an elongated island, with
an average width of 3 km, 37 km long. It is located 18 nautical
miles west of Dubrovnik, across the peninsula Peljesac. Because
of its unique flora and fauna, endemic plants and the world phenomena,
salt lakes Veliko and Malo Jezero, which are surrounded by luxuriant
pine and oak woods, the Island of Mljet, well known as the Green
Island, was proclaimed a national park in 1960.
Our apartments are located only 25 meters
from the sea.

Zaton Bay, a small oasis of peace
and harmony in the vicinity of Dubrovnik, invites you with charming
sandy and rocky beaches, unpolluted and crystal clean sea, green
pine and citrus trees and friendly locals.This area features several
restaurants, cafe bars, a pizza house, a grocery store, bank, post
office, newspaper shop and a Catholic church. From here on you can
undertake exploration trips along this fascinating region and visit
numerous small townships and villages across Pelješac peninsula,
Dubrovačko Primorje, Cavtat, and of course, the Old Town Dubrovnik.

our house and secure parking is available.

Our house is located in Zaton Mali,
a peaceful picturesque place less than 10 minutes drive from the
center of Dubrovnik. This is ideal accommodation for families seeking
a quiet holiday in all seasons in one of the most beautiful spots
of the South-Eastern Adriatic. In front of the house there is a
parking place, a private beach with four separate units where you
can prepare your own meals, sunbathe or have siesta in the shade
of pine trees.
There is mooring for up to three boats. We speak
English, German, Italian and French. Pets are welcomed. There is
a possibility of organizing boat rides to the beautiful Elaphiti
Islands or around the magnificent City Walls of Dubrovnik. We are
proud of the fact that most of our guests have been recommended

Villa Antea is located in Mlini,
a small township only 8 km from Dubrovnik, conveniently situated
on the northern coast of Zupa Bay. In former times the place was
known for its water mills ('Mlini' means 'Mills') because many brooks
and streams enabled their use. The brooks with many small falls
still pass through the place and are today inhabited by many ducks
and other birds. Our house is just above the road from Dubrovnik
to Cavtat, our guests enjoy beautiful views over Zupa Bay, the islands
and the open sea.
These streams, Rich Mediterranean vegetation,
typical Dalmatian-style houses and these wonderful streams make
Mlini to a cozy, picturesque place to be discovered. Sandy, pebble
and rocky beaches, cafe bars, restaurants and many other tourist
