The Pecotić apartments are situated
in the St. Nikola area of Korčula, only five minutes walking distance
from the old town Korčula. Situated in a peaceful area and surrounded
with Mediterranean vegetation, you will find the perfect place to
spend an unforgettable vacation.
We offer our dear guests one large apartment (70
sq. met.) for rent. The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms,
2 bathrooms, kitchen with lounge and terrace. In addition one room
with double beds and with own bathroom, including a separate entrance
can be rented. Our house is only 30 m from the sea.
Enjoy our warm hospitality, take pleasant walks
to old town Korčula (5 min walk) or explore other areas of this
magnificent island.
Villa Mlini is located in Mlini,
a picturesque small township, only 7 kilometers from Dubrovnik and
ca. 5 km from Cavtat.
Our house is situated right at the sea, in a peaceful and quiet
area, and surrounded with colorful Mediterranean vegetation. By
stepping outside of our accommodations you will find yourself in
the center of Mlini with beautiful beaches, restaurants and bars
just a few meters away. This small coastal township will enable
you to truly relax, while many water activities will enrich you
vacation experience.
The hilly chain descends steeply into this beautiful valley and
bay, where you will spend memorable holidays surrounded with rich
Mediterranean vegetation, overlooking the sea and islands.

Apartment Zaton Mali 108 is situated
in a small village of the Mali Zaton bay, 8km from Dubrovnik, direction
Split. The house is only 70m far from the sea cost with a beautiful
lungo mare, a few km long, several beaches and beautiful Mediterranean
vegetation.
The apartment is designed in a very modern and
stylish way, with a diversity of colors, plants and arts. The front
side of the house has a view over the Mali Zaton bay and the front
garden.
Near by our house is a grocery shop, restaurants, post office, coffee
bars, and a bus station. The ride to Dubrovnik by bus or car takes
15 minutes.
The apartment on the fist floor (85m2) offers
room for up to 6 persons or one-two families. The accent is placed
on comfortable and specious space for common activities.
Trstenik is a pituresque settlement
at on the southern coast of Peljesac, surrounded by lovely pine
woods, evergreen plants and crystal clear sea. The landscape, harmony,
peacefulness, large number of bays and beaches, kindness of the
locals, all make Trstenik one of the most popular destinations in
Dubrovnik area.
It is ideal for a family holiday and those who
wish to escape the usual tourist crowds due to low trafic, peacefulness
and beautiful pebble beachs. Magnificent mountains, beautiful bays,
wine yards, olive trees and the crystal clear sea characterize this
region, making it to one of the most exciting regions along the
Croatian coast. Trstenik is a cozy, authentic fisherman village
located in the beautiful surroundings of Mediterranean vegetation
and a gorgeous view on the open sea and the Island of Mljet. Everything
you might need is close to our accommodation, including 2 restaurants,
2 coffee bars, a self market store and a post office.

Inhabited already in ancient times,
the township Slano is situated in a picturesque bay with sandy beaches,
which is a protected port and shelter during bad weather, only 40
km from Dubrovnik. This small oasis embraced by lush Mediterranean
vegetation and crystal clear sea features the remnants of Illyrian
settlements, Baroque and Renaissance buildings and other interesting
sightseeing possibilities.
If you wish to spend your vacation in a peaceful environment, enjoying
the clear see for swimming or sailing, nice beaches, great trails
for biking or walking, Slano and Villa Slano offers it all. For
swimming you can choose between sand, pebble and rocky beaches,
all close to out house. We have many years of hospitality experience
and we try to provide special and dedicated care for each guest.
