This unique property features the only "true" garden left inside the city walls. Located only minutes walking distance from numerous monuments and other sightseeing possibilities, galleries, restaurants, cafe bars, the nearest pebble beach Banje and excursion points, staying at Family House Fascination enables you to experience the true spirit of Dubrovnik - thereby providing a unique travel experience. Access to Family House Fascination is via steps going up from the street Široka, vertical to the main street Stradun.

We offer our dear guests 2 apartments A1 and A2 for rent. All together we can accommodate up to 12 persons. Both apartments are air conditioned. All guests can use any of the terraces, together with a outside grill.

The studio apartment A1 (2+1 persons) consists of a bedroom, kitchen and living room nicely combined together, bathroom and balcony. Additional equipment includes air conditioning and TV.

The apartment A2 (6+3 persons) consists of a 3 bedrooms, kitchen with dinning area, living room, 2 bathrooms and 1 WC and terrace. Additional equipment includes air conditioning and TV. This apartment can also be divided into 2 smaller apartments, each with it's own entrance.
