Old Town Dubrovnik is also called the most perfectly preserved mediaeval town in the world. A magical town, located on the shores of the Adriatic Sea, it is a jumble of narrow streets and red-tiled roofs tucked tightly into the city walls. A profusion of churches, monasteries and palaces, together with other splendid monuments proudly await visitors from all over the world. When walking down the streets of Dubrovnik it is easy to imagine the hustle and bustle of the city streets during the Middle Ages and Renaissance when Dubrovnik’s power and influence rivaled that of Venice. Explore numerous interesting destinations, including Cavtat, Peljesac peninsula, Elafiti islands, islands Mljet and Korcula, while enjoying our comfortable accommodation.

House Ficovic is located in a very attractive area of Dubrovnik called Ploce. Our accommodation enable splendid views of the magnificent Old Town Dubrovnik and the nearby island of Lokrum..

Within short walking distance is the main city beach Banje with it's elegant, but relaxed atmosphere.This pebble beach features several water sport activities, together with a beach lounge and bar.
A short stroll away is the Old Town itself.
Regular day-trips and cruises to Lokrum, Cavtat and the Elafiti Islands are available from the Old Town harbour.
