House Rašica is located only 10 meters from the sea in the beautiful bay of Molunat, regarded as one of the most beautiful coves along the Adriatic coast. Molunat is conveniently situated only 40 kilometers south of Dubrovnik and 15 kilometers from Cavtat. Because of it's unspoiled nature, rich Mediterranean vegetation and clear blur sea it is the ideal summer resort for those seeking peacefulness and close contact with nature.

Our dear guests can enjoy swimming or sunbathing at our own beach, located just outside of our house. Private parking is also available. Post office, shops and restaurants are all close to our house. Boat excursions and other interesting activities are available, together with various culinary specialties from the sea that we can offer.

Molunat is a popular tourist destination located south of Dubrovnik and close to the old town of Cavtat. The colorful surrounding areas are very fertile and suitable for Mediterranean plants, therefore this small village has been inhabited since ancient times. Molunat, known for its splendid beaches and rich vegetation, is ideal for a quiet and peaceful holiday. Molunat's sandy beaches are great for families with small children. Hidden rocky beaches can be found nearby, while guests also like to explore the two small islands located right at the bay entrance. Divers, sports fishermen, sailing enthusiasts and surfers will be thrilled with the beauty of the archipelago and its underwater world. For those looking for exiting night life opportunities Cavtat and Dubrovnik are not far away. There are also regular bus connections to Dubrovnik or Cavtat.

Fot those wishing to explore the rich underwater world there is a professional diving center in Molunat.
