Location
Rooms
and apartment Butigan is located on peninsula Lapad, regarded as
one of the most beautiful residence areas in Dubrovnik. The quiet
and peaceful location of our accommodation enables our guests to
truly relax, at the same time enjoying a wonderful sea view on the
bay of Lapad and the islet Grebeni. Our long hospitality tradition
of over 20 years and the fact that we dedicate special care for
our dear guests ensures that you will spend a memorable vacation
in Dubrovnik.
Most of our guests spend many relaxing moments on the balcony, sipping
their morning cafe or just relaxing. You can also visit the Old
Town Dubrovnik and many other interesting destinations along Dubrovnik
region as often as you choose while staying at our house.

Distances: Old Town Dubrovnik - 10 min (by car), Sea
- 200 m, Main Beach - 200 m, Store - 5 min walk, Čilipi Airport
- 20 km, Parking can be found on the street in front of our accommodations.
Accommodations
We offer our dear guests 2 rooms and 1 apartment
(4+1 persons) for rent. All are fully equipped, tastefully
decorated and air conditioned. Each room has a small kitchenette
and its own bathroom. Inside each room you will find a refrigerator
where you can store food or beverages. Each room also has its own
balcony, equipped with table and chairs where you can enjoy the
sea view on the Bay of Lapad. Each room has TV.
One room has three beds, the extra bed is large
enough to accommodate an adult or child.
The other room has a double bed and accommodates
2 persons.
There is also the possibility to combine the two rooms to suit a
group or 4 or 5 persons where the balcony's can also be connected.
All rooms have beautiful sea view on the Bay of Lapad.
The apartment (accommodates 4+1
persons) consists of 2 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen
and living room (2 possible extra beds) and a terrace with outside
furniture. It is air conditioned, had TV and laundry machine and
is located at the bottom floor of our house.
