we offer are located on Lapad peninsula, near the main sand beach
(100 m) and the hotels Vis, Adriatic and Komodor. Situated in a
quiet and peaceful area, accessed by stairs leading from the main
street, our accommodations will enable you to fully relax. Many
pebble and rocky beaches, car-free areas, nice walking paths along
the sea, café bars and restaurants, make it an ideal accommodation
choice for guests coming to Dubrovnik.
LOCATION Nr. 2 - The shopping center, post office,
banks, bakery, restaurants, harbor Gru˛ and the main bus terminal
are only 5-10 minutes walking distance from our accommodations.
The well known Youth Hostel is also close, together with the bus
stop where regular public busses will take you to Old Town Dubrovnik
or other areas of interest. Walking distance to Old Town is ca.
10 minutes.
LOCATION Nr. 3 - Conveniently located just at
the entrance to Old Town Dubrovnik, only 50 meters from a beach
and 100 meters from Old Town Dubrovnik.
This new, modern, nicely and tastefully
furnished apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor of a building,
overlooking Gruz bay, harbour, and the new Dubrovnik bridge. The
apartment has two double bedrooms one of them is air-conditioned,
large living/dinning room with air-conditioning and TV, fully equipped
kitchen, large bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, and extra toilet.
It can comfortably accommodate 4 persons. Near the apartment, there
are all amenities, shopping and business area, restaurants and café
bars.
The nearest beach is some 10 minutes walking,
Old city some 20 minutes walking, bus station and bust stop only
1 minute walking. This is wonderful apartment where you can enjoy
in your stay while in Dubrovnik.
K - apartments are situated in
one of the most attractive parts of Dubrovnik, the peninsula of
Lapad. The closest beach can be reached in a 2-3 minutes walk.
The Old Town is about 30 minutes walking distance,
regular bus lines depart every 10 minutes.
Each apartment consists of one bedroom (two beds),
kitchen / living room (with an extra bed for two persons), bathroom
(shower) and balcony. All are air conditioned and have SAT-TV. Private
parking place is also available.
We offer two apartments and a double-room. One
apartment has a double-room, kitchen and shower/WC, and the other
is a type studio with double-bed, kitchen and shower/WC. Both apartments
have a balcony with a sea view. The room has a double-bed with shower/WC.
The apartments are situated in the part of Dubrovnik
called Nuncijata. You can reach the Old Town and the beach in a
5 minutes drive. There is also frequent bus lines directly to the
Old Town from the bus station near the house.
