The apartment is ideally suited

It is equally comfortable and practical for a summer or winter vacation,
as it is air-conditioned (cooling and heating) and centrally located
close to shops, bank, post office, open market and other facilities.
Apartment is situated on the second floor of a
residential building, which exits to a pedestrian tree-lined alley.
A short walk takes you to the tennis grounds (50 m), a sandy beach
(about 200 m) and numerous restaurants, cafe-bars, terraces with
live music and picturesque seaside walks.
Sleeping capacity is 2+2 persons, in one double
bedroom and a living room with two sofa-beds.
Rooms Petrusic are located in a
area of Dubrovnik called Gruz. From our house and terrace you can
enjoy a nice view over Gruz port, Lapad peninsula and the sea. The
Old Town Dubrovnik, the center of all happenings, can be reached
with a pleasant 20-25 minutes walk or by regular public buses. A
bank, post office, supermarket and other services you might need
are all located in Gruz and can be reached by foot. Private parking
is available.
