Apartments Lucic are located in
the heart of Old Town Dubrovnik, regarded as one of the most beautiful
mediaeval towns in the world. Located on the shores of the Adriatic
Sea, it is a jumble of narrow streets and red-tiled roofs tucked
tightly into the city walls. Experience the profusion of churches,
monasteries and palaces, together with other splendid monuments,
all within walking distance from our apartments.
When walking down the streets of Dubrovnik it
is easy to imagine the hustle and bustle of the city streets during
the Middle Ages and Renaissance when Dubrovnik’s power and influence
rivaled that of Venice. Explore numerous interesting destinations,
including Cavtat, a small coastal town with a harbor area, or the
magical island Lokrum. There are daily regular boat departures from
the old port to these and other interesting destinations.
This delightful and cozy Venetian
town house near the Music School has led something of a charmed
life as it predates the 1667 earthquake, built as it is on solid
stone, and it also luckily escaped damage during the siege. Here
in the medieval Old Town, houses competed for space with palaces,
churches and monasteries and so they extend in a vertical rather
than a horizontal plane.
Entering from the narrow stone-flagged street,
where locals sit out on the steps to exchange news under washing
swaying in the breeze, the ground floor is taken up by a cozy living
and dining area, a galley kitchen and a small shower room. Stairways
lead up to the two bedrooms, each occupying its own floor. The house
has been in the possession of owner Karmen's family for well over
100 years and remains as homely as if they were still in permanent
residence, filled as it is with interesting artifacts.

for rent. The accommodation units are fully equipped and tastefully
decorated. Each apartment has one or more sleeping rooms, kitchen,
bathroom, terrace, separate entrance and a parking space. As we
dispose of two apartments, we have the possibility of accommodating
groups of people.
Our apartments are located in the part of Dubrovnik called Gru˛,
in a peaceful area ideal to meet the needs of guests seeking relaxation.
From the terrace you can enjoy gorgeous view over the sea, islands
and Lapad peninsula.
All you need is within walking distance. In just
3-4 minutes of walking you can reach the shopping and business area
(supermarkets, banks, post office, pharmacy, bus station), the medieval
Old Town can be reached with a pleasant 15 minutes walk or by regular
public buses.The nearest beach is some 10 minutes walking.
The apartments are located at a
very attractive position, bellow Bogisic Park, very close to the
Old City, the "IUC" (international University Center)
and the American College. The location is very quiet with a wonderful
view of the sea, Dubrovnik and it's unique architecture.
The apartments accommodate 2+2 persons and are
situated in a attic within the villa, built in the first half of
the 20th century. They are completely restored with a lot of care.
The beaches, historical sights, shopping, post office, bank and
public transportation are a few minutes by foot from the apartments.
