Our apartment is located in Gruz
area with views on the sea, islands and Lapad peninsula. The Old
Town Dubrovnik is about 25 minutes walking distance, supermarkets,
banks and post office can be reached within 15 minutes walking.
The public bus stop is 5 minutes from our apartment.
Dubrovnik and it's long and famous history offers
an interesting and rich cultural and entertaining program all year
around, especially during the summer period. Numerous excursions
can also be undertaken to explore Dubrovnik area and islands.
Dubrovnik, a World Heritage Site, was influenced
by the great Renaissance and Gothic eras, "shining" with
masterpieces of artwork and architecture. The natural and historical
surroundings; crystal clear sea around islands dotted with cypress
trees, hills, castles and cathedrals, create a magic atmosphere
Dubrovnik is famous for. The city's medieval charm opens with its
many cafes, restaurants, galleries and shops happily lining its
cobblestone streets and the main square.
Apartments Deranja are located
in the vicinity of Gru¾ Port. This area is very well connected with
other areas of Dubrovnik (Old Town, Lapad peninsula), as well as
other interesting destinations around Dubrovnik. Public bus or boat
transportation will take you almost anywhere you wish to go.Our
apartments are in a quiet and peaceful area, enabling you to fully
relax. A 25 minutes walk will take you to Old Town Dubrovnik with
all its fascinating monuments, museums and other sightseeing possibilities.
During summer visitors can enjoy a rich cultural
program that includes concerts and other events, all within the
City Walls. Dubrovnik also has much to offer during low season as
well. Do not miss the opportunity to explore this area during this
period, the mild climate and beautiful colors of nature will enable
you to spend a truly peaceful vacation away from the usual tourist
crowds.
Apartments Franica are located
in an nice and quiet area called Ilina Glavica, only 10-15 minutes
walking distance from the center of Old Town Dubrovnik. From our
accommodations you will enjoy nice views of green areas, together
with a beautiful view on Lapad peninsula and the sea. Tourist services
and other sightseeing possibilities are located within walking distance
from our apartments. A pleasant 10 minutes walk will bring you to
a nice pebble beach called Bellevue.

Apartment Leona is located on peninsula
Lapad, close to Yachting Club Orsan, beautiful walking areas and
the sea. This area, considered as one of the most beautiful parts
of Dubrovnik, is peaceful and quiet, at the same time a post office,
bank, supermarket and other tourist services can all be reached
within minutes of walking. Several pebble and many rocky beaches
are also close to our apartment.
For visiting Old Town Dubrovnik or other interesting
destinations you can use boat or public bus transportation, the
bus stop is 200 meters from Apartment Leona. Apart from its historic
atmosphere, Dubrovnik offers a remarkable number of cultural programs
and a full range of outdoor activities. All mayor cultural and other
events take place in Old Town, especially during the famous Dubrovnik
Festival in July/August.
