Villa Sema is conveniently located
on peninsula Lapad, by many the most beautiful and pleasant part
of Dubrovnik. Located near the sea in a peaceful and quiet area,
surrounded with Mediterranean sub-tropic vegetation, our accommodation
enables you to truly relax. A nice walking path along the sea around
Babin Kuk area starts just outside of our house.
Everything you might need is within walking distance.
In the vicinity of our apartment there is a grocery store and a
bakery. Post office, bank and bus station are just 10 min. away.
A beautiful pebble beach with many adult and children
activities can be reached in several minutes.
Apartment Copacabana is located
on peninsula Lapad, close to large green areas, beautiful walking
paths and many beaches, including the well known pebble beach "Copacabana".
This area, considered as one of the most beautiful parts of Dubrovnik,
is very convenient as all tourist services are close by, a post
office, bank, supermarket and other services can all be reached
within minutes of walking.
Apart from its historic atmosphere, Dubrovnik
offers a remarkable number of cultural programs and a full range
of outdoor activities. All mayor cultural and other events take
place in Old Town, especially during the famous Dubrovnik Festival
in July/August. There is a regular bus line to Old Town with the
bus stop only 200 meters from our apartment.
Ruzmarin Studio Apartment has completely
new furniture and is situated on the best possible position in the
Old Town (above Stradun (famous walking street in Old Town) Everything
you need is just around the corner; historical monuments, beaches,
restaurants and shops
Once you are in Dubrovnik, you can enjoy this
nice apartment and it's convenient location at the same time.
Our studio apartment has 3-star rating, is fully
furnished and consists of 1 bedroom, kitchenette, and dinning/seating
area combined together and bathroom. The accommodation unit accommodates
2+1 persons, is air conditioned and has SAT TV.
Apartment Sunce is located at Boninovo,
a picturesque part of Dubrovnik, only minutes walking distance from
the world famous Old Town of Dubrovnik. Everything you might need
is close by, a short walk will take you to the Old Town where you
will find post offices, banks, supermarkets, restaurants or cafe
bars, together with numerous monuments, galleries and other interesting
things worth seeing. The bus station is close to our apartment but
once you arrive at Apartment Sunce you will not need your car because
everything is so close.

Apartment Lovrijenac are located
at Pile, very close to the entrance of Old Town Dubrovnik, in less
than 2 minutes walk you will find yourself in the heart of Dubrovnik,
surrounded with numerous monuments and other sightseeing possibilities.
Being so close to Old Town Dubrovnik has its advantages, since
most cultural and other happenings are organized there, not to
mention the numerous museums, exhibitions, monuments, restaurants,
cafe bars and other interesting things you might enjoy.
Two beaches
are very close, together with the well known restaurant Orhan (100m
distance).
