Stikovica is a beautiful small
township situated just 6 kilometers northeast from Dubrovnik. Located
in a very peaceful and quiet area, overlooking the picturesque Zaton
Bay, Elafiti Islands and the open sea, Apartments Matej and Ivana
will enable you to spend a unforgettable vacation in this area.
You can visit Old Town Dubrovnik and many interesting
destinations as often as you choose, at the same time enjoying the
special atmosphere of a small township.
A nice and clean pebble beach is just several
minutes walk from our apartments. This area is also specially suitable
for children due to low traffic. Our guests can also use our private
beach, a beautiful secluded pebble beach where only our guests have
access to.

House Stoja is located in
the settlement Konstari on Peljesac
peninsula, a beautiful landscape of hills and valleys stretching 65
kilometers from the isthmus of Ston all the way to Cape Lovista in the northwest.
Peljesac peninsula's mountains are known hunting grounds for mouflons. This region
is famous for its salt production in Ston, top quality oysters and other seashell
and first class wines (Dingac and Postup). Ston, with its splendid fortress walls,
built by the Republic, and served to prevent access to the peninsula. These walls
were built by the same architects and contractors who raised Dubrovnik's fortress
walls: Michelozzo Miichelozzi, Juraj Dalmatinac and Onofrio Della Cava.
Konstari is a small authentic settlement, surrounded by rich mediterranean
vegetation. Numerous small wandering paths, olive plants and wine growing
will enrich your vacation, at the same time Old Town Dubrovnik is only
45 kilometers away, while other interesting destinations along Peljesac
peninsula just wait to be explored.

Molunat – a small romantic fishing place where many archeological sites are found in the sea as well as on the land. It is an ecologic preserved nature with a lot of the Mediterranean medical herbs, a very interesting coast with quite little and shallow bays where the small rocks emerge out of the sea giving unforgetgettable impression to the visitors.
Villa Marin is situated close to the sea shore with the beautiful view to the whole bay and the open sea. It has 8 apartments (2 studio apartments), equipped with air-condition and satellite TV. There is a restaurant with traditional Mediterranean cuisine, based on domestic fresh fish, vegetables, and meat products dressed with Dalmatian oil and other domestic spices.
The guest may use a swimming pool with a big terrace for sitting in the sun or relaxing after all day swimming, on the sandy beaches in Molunat. We offer our guest some attractions as picnics in the nature, fishing, or some other sport activities.
Fox Apartments are situated in a peaceful and quiet area located just outside Cavtat. Each apartment opens up to a beautiful view overlooking the Adriatic sea and islands of Mrkan and Bobara.
We offer our dear guests 3 apartments for rent. All are fully equipped and tastefully decorated. The comfort of the accommodations together with our warm hospitality will allow you to truly relax. All apartments have TV, air conditioning, and heating.
