Apartments Zanetic are located
in Zaton Veliki, a small township situated in the picturesque bay
of Zaton, 10 km northwest of Dubrovnik. Our accommodations are newly
build and located in an old authentic stone house. The panorama
view on the Zaton Bay, together with the green surroundings of Mediterranean
vegetation, will enable you to trully relax while enjoying our warm
hospitality. Zaton Bay, a small oasis of peace and harmony, invites
you with charming sandy and rocky beaches, unpolluted and crystal
clean sea, green pine and citrus trees and friendly locals. From
here on you can undertake exploration trips along this fascinating
region and visit numerous small townships and villages across Peljesac
peninsula, Dubrovacko Primorje, Cavtat, and of course, the Old Town
Dubrovnik.

Apartment Perdija is located in
the center of Cavtat, one of the most beautiful small townships
along the dalmatian coast. Situated in a peaceful and quiet area
of Cavtat, our accommodations enable our dear guests to truly relax.

Cavtat - the antique Epidaurum in the Adriatic is the predecessor
of Dubrovnik. This medieval township was constructed on the slopes
of a peninsula with two picturesque bays. Build over centuries on
the principles of the famous Dubrovnik style harmony, it was continuously
enriched with both material and spiritual assets in every period
of its existence. Its cultural and historical tale of unique beauties
make it to one of the most popular tourist destinations along the
Croatian coast.
As a special offer we would like to emphasize our own olive oil,
organically grown vegetables from our garden, figs, homemade wine
and liquor. We offer our dear guests 1 studio apartment (2+2) for
rent.
Apartments & Rooms Jokovic
are located in Srebreno, a picturesque small township only 7 kilometers
from Old Town Dubrovnik. The hilly chain descends steeply into this
picturesque valley and bay, making this area a very popular tourist
choice. If you wish to spend your holiday in a small township, at
the same time having the possibility to visit many interesting destinations
that can be reached by car or bus, Srebreno is the perfect choice
for you.
Our house is situated only 100 meters from a nice
sand beach. You can walk along the shore and find more nice beaches
because the area of Zupa Dubrovaèka offers the most beautiful beaches
in the entire Dubrovnik region. You can buy all necessary goods
in a well supplied supermarket, only 200 meters away. Private parking
can be arranged. We offer our dear guests 6 rooms for rent.
Apartments Ivan are located Orasac,
a picturesque village just 12 kilometers west of Dubrovnik's Old
City. The apartments Ivan are located in the middle of the village
overlooking the sea and Elafiti islands.
Apartment 1 can accomodate up to 5 people while
Apartment 2 can accomodate up to 4 people. The apartments are brand
new, equipped with modern tehnical equipment (TV and SAT in each
room) and are air conditioned.
Apartment Ivan's guests are welcome to taste food
from our garden. We grow natural organic food for personal use.
It is possible to rent the whole house (both apartments),
one of the apartments, or just a room in one of the apartments.

The apartments are located in a
old fisherman’s house in Cavtat. Cavtat is a picturesque township
17 km (10,54 miles) south from Dubrovnik. Our house is located just
at the opposite side of hotel Epidaurus and only 2 minutes walk
from a beautiful beach.
Surrounded with colorful Mediterranean vegetation
and exceptionally clean and blue sea, this beautiful small town
has become one of the most attractive tourist destinations along
the Dalmatian coast, offering the perfect spot to spend a peaceful
and quiet vacation, while still being able to visit Dubrovnik as
often as you chose. Our house can accommodate 5+2 persons.The apartments
on the top floor are air-conditioned.
