Villa Marinovic is situated right
by the sea in the quiet and peaceful township Zaton Mali. Enjoy
the comfort of our accommodation, relax on our terrace overlooking
Zaton Bay and the sea.
Zaton Bay, a small oasis of peace and harmony, invites you with
charming pebble and rocky beaches, unpolluted and crystal clean
sea, green pine and citrus trees and friendly locals.
This area features several restaurants, cafe bars,
a pizza house, a grocery store, bank, post office, newspaper shop,
and a Catholic church. From here on you can undertake exploration
trips along this fascinating region and visit numerous small townships
and villages across Pelje±ac peninsula, Dubrovacko Primorje, Cavtat,
and of course, the Old Town Dubrovnik. The sea is only 3 meters
from our house where our guests can enjoy on our private coast.
Parking is available in front of Villa Marinovic. Guests who wish
to explore some of the surrounding islands can rent our boat.
Apartment "Molunat" is
located in the beautiful bay of Molunat, a small "pearl"
only 40 kilometers south of Dubrovnik and 15 kilometers from Cavtat.
Its unspoiled nature, luxuriant Mediterranean vegetation and a crystal
clear sea make it an ideal summer resort for those seeking close
contact with nature.
Swimming or sunbathing is possible on a public
sand beach or on one of the many rocky beaches nearby. Private parking
is available in front of our house. Post office, shops and restaurants
can also be found in Molunat.
Our warm hospitality and care will enable you to spend a very pleasant
vacation.

Villa Tica is located in Ratac, 30 km west of
Dubrovnik. We offer you a unique vacation experience; away from
the tourist crowds, surrounded with Mediterranean vegetation, with
the sea only several meters from your accommodation, you will enjoy
complete privacy. Visit Old Town Dubrovnik, Cavtat, Pelje¹ac peninsula
and many other destinations as often as you choose, we will assist
you in order to enrich your holiday experience.

In Cavtat you can enjoy a relaxing beach holiday or go for your
favorite sport as there is parasailing, jet ski, horse riding, scuba
diving…
We offer you the appropriate lodging:
Spend your night in lately refurbished charming rooms and have a
breakfast at the large terrace.
We offer a range of snacks and refreshments in the late afternoon.
Alternatively there is the possibility to use the facilities of
a small kitchen which is well equipped.

In case you choose to come by plane you will be welcomed at the
airport and transferred by car. Otherwise there a parking places
on our premises.

Apartments Tonkovic are located
in Mlini, a picturesque small township, only 8 kilometers from the
historical center of Dubrovnik, 6 kilometers from the beautiful
township Cavtat and 7 kilometers from Cilipi airport. Our location
enables guests wonderful views of the sea and surrounding area.
Full of character and located on the hilltop overlooking Mlini,
Apartments Tonkovic are decorated to a high standard.
Mlini features many sand, pebble and rocky beaches,
together with many cozy restaurants, taverns and cafe bars. There
is also a regular ferry line that will take you to the Old Port
of Dubrovnik or Cavtat, while regular bus lines to Dubrovnik or
Cavtat stop close to our house.
