Apartments »Villa Moretic« are
located in a picturesque bay of Zaton which is far known for its
abundant vegetation, crystal clear sea and pebble beaches that are
only 100 meters away from our villa. The famous city nucleolus of
Dubrovnik is only 8 kilometers away and there is a good public transportation
service, whether you wish to go by boat, by bus and visit the old
town.
Villa Moretic apartments are surrounded by unspoiled
Mediterranean nature and crystal clear sea. The bay is far known
for its beautiful pebble beaches, and peaceful places for tourists
who appreciate privacy and isolation from a crowds. Our apartments
are located not far from a main road, which can take you easily
in the old town of Dubrovnik, only 8 kilometers away or in some
other Croatian town if you desire. Zaton is very well connected
with Dubrovnik and its surrounding area, no matter which way of
transportation services you prefer to take.
Lumbarda is a small and cozy fishermen's
village. It is situated at the eastern part of Korcula island, about
5 kilometers from Korcula Old Town. The village is built around
small bay and on the hills behind it, and is surrounded by large
sandy vineyards.
Apartment Lumbarda is located in the picturesque
village of Lumbarda, only 10 meters from the sea. Spend pleasant
and peaceful moments on our terrace overlooking the sea and bay.
Lumbarda is a very popular tourist spot with the only sandy beaches
on Korcula - the beach of Vela Przina and Bilin Zal.
There are several taverns and inns in Lumbarda
offering traditional dishes, especially fresh grilled fish seasoned
with olive oil and accompanied by the local white wines. Lumbarda
is surrounded by fine sandy beaches (very rare in the Adriatic).
The house was built in 1470, burned
down in a robbery 1807, and then reconstructed in the early 1980's.
It was built in an ambiental country style, with big terrace with
a great view to Elafiti islands. Situated in a quiet surrounding
makes it ideal for those who seek quiet holiday. It has been a property
of Pizzelli family for more then 150 years.
The house is located in Orasac, small village
13 km west from Dubrovnik 900m walking distance from beach. There
is grocery store in the vicinity of the house (50m) as well as two
restaurants (one in Orasac 250m away and another one on the beach).

Apartments Tomic invite you to
spend pleasant holidays enjoying a wonderful view of the sea, the
bay Cavtat and the city of Dubrovnik. The 2 houses where our accommodations
are located cover an area of ca. 800 m2. Our multilingual-speaking
houses are situated in a very quiet site and can be rented the whole
year.
We offer our dear guests 3 air-conditioned apartments,
all with a kitchen with dining-room, living room with divan for
2 persons, separate sleeping rooms with one double bed, SAT-TV,
shower/WC, and a balcony.
The distance to a very beautiful beach, ideal
for children, is 500 meters. The apartments have separate entrances.
There is also a house-owned parking place in front of the house
which disposes of parking spaces for cars. When desired a garage
is available.
House Jelena is located in Mlini,
a beautiful small township, embraced by the sea and sheltered by
mountains, situated only 9 km from Dubrovnik and 10 km from Cavtat.
Enjoy the mild and pleasant climate, together with the beautiful
scenery this area offers. Nice beaches, pleasant walking areas and
a peaceful ambient make Mlini a perfect choice for those seeking
to spend a memorable vacation. Many sand, pebble and hidden rocky
beaches, together with cozy restaurants, cafe bars and low traffic
present the perfect vacation choice whether you plan to arrive with
your family or friends. Several restaurants, cafe bars, supermarkets,
a post office are all located in the center of Mlini. Medical care,
pharmacy and a bank is located in Srebreno, the township right next
to Mlini.
Exploration trips to Cavtat, Dubrovnik, Zupa Dubrovacka,
Peljesac peninsula and other interesting destinations are possible
for those arriving by car, others can use car rentals from an agency
nearby.
