Villa Dubrovnik is located in a picturesque area just outside Cavtat and only 13 km from Dubrovnik. Many exiting destinations are all very close to Villa Dubrovnik; Cavtat, the Konavle valley, Dubrovnik Old Town and others. Fell free to visit those places and others as often as you choose, at the same time enjoying the peace and quiet of Villa Dubrovnik. Our comfortable accommodations, together with our warm hospitality will enable you to truly relax.

Our accommodation units are facing the sea and many of our dear guests spend their mornings or evenings sitting on their balcony's watching over the sea and islands, together with a " glimpse" of Old Town Dubrovnik in the distance. IF you enjoy long walks this area is perfect for you because of virtually no traffic and beautiful walking paths along the shore and countryside.
Close to Villa Dubrovnik are the well known hotels Albatros and Epidaurus.

In the vicinity of our house there are tennis courts that can be rented. Water activities and sports can be found at the beaches close to Villa Dubrovnik. Several corts for various sports can also be found close to hotel Albatros.

For those of you wishing to visit this area during low season we can emphasize the pleasant climate and the low tourist crowds. This period provides you with an different vacation experience because of the special charm of a small Mediterranean town that is "asleep".
