Villa Gverović is located 5 minutes walk from village Štikovica, and 10 minutes walk from the center of the village Zaton Mali, nearby restaurant Gverović-Orsan. A grocery store, a bank, a post office, pizza house, some restaurants and bars are located at Zaton Veliki, the village across the bay, approximately 1 kilometer far from Villa Gverović.
Villa Gverović offers 3 apartments (each per 4 -6 persons), and 6 two-bed rooms, each with its own bathroom. Villa Gverović guests are free to use its terraces and gardens,
its private parking lot, its private beach with a shower, and even the small chapel which is part of Villa Gverović. The pier near Villa Gverović, owned by restaurant Gverović-Orsan, may be freely
